I’ve had a great experience working at Electrolux, and it’s largely thanks to the supportive and professional environment created by our leadership. The company truly values quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement, which makes it a motivating place to work.

A special thanks to our manager, Moh, whose leadership stands out. Moh leads with clarity, respect, and fairness, and always makes time to support the team. He encourages open communication, recognizes hard work, and empowers everyone to perform at their best. His calm, solution-oriented approach creates a positive atmosphere, even during busy or challenging periods.

Electrolux provides strong training, clear expectations, and opportunities to grow, which helps employees feel confident and valued. Overall, it’s a workplace where people are respected, teamwork is encouraged, and leadership genuinely cares about employee success. I’m grateful to be part of this team and proud to work under such strong management.

While they look to assist their customers in order to have a great experience with their products, they forget about the people that actually work there who look for proper leadership. 
There was a promotion of gossip in the office which built distrust among the workers and created a poor working environment where there were 'cliques' like we were back in high school.
Whenever there was a change in policy when dealing with customer service, Management made sure that the message was not communicated properly and was ready to blame their department workers for not reading their minds or knowing the change beforehand. 
From the team leads to the supervisors and above, everyone had their own agenda which only focused on their self-interests.
Overall I would not work here or even own any of their products, they were selfish from the start to the finish.

I spent many years with this company.
Overall, it was a good experience, and the wages were good.
There was a continuous effort to cut back on employee numbers, and additions to job duties to make up for the cut backs.
Having said that, if you are creative, and good with computers, you can simplify your life by automating some of your duties.
This is how I survived all of the cutbacks.
Also, in general, the CEO is replaced every 3 years or less, and you are constantly having to prove your worth to the new CEO, as the first thing  they look for is manpower reduction.

- Standard shift meetings with managers everyday
- Need to take care when working as many trucks move heavy cargo, common accidents by drivers dropping cargo
- Management is usually responsive but can be slow to respond to system issues
- Workflow can fluctuate
- Not a workplace to look for promotions (average employee with promotions have between 5-15 yrs with the company)
- Is flexible with schedule change requests with 2 weeks notice consistently
- No cleaning crew for the warehouse, leading to the drivers and other staff to clean once every month or when waiting for work

Daily review of inventory and reporting thereon.
Coordinating with factories/RDC to ensure proper level of inventory and analyzing inventory movements to prevent overstock.
Reported to Demand Planner and had a good relationship.
Always willing to teach and learn from colleagues and assist where possible.
Unexpected inventory requirements and non-adherence to forecast quantities.
Satisfaction gained by well done performance and adherence to company requirements.

.Working on this company was not really motivating for me. I had the feeling that they mostly recruit people from their family environment. In my case, the job was not really organised by the management. You may work without knowing exactly to whom you report. The job is not secure as for many years, I was working with the fear of coming one day and be called to be informed that the position is closed. There is no good benefits.

Working at Electrolux starts with a friendly conversation with my collegues, then proceeding with our usual daily work routine. 

I learned to value my work at Electrolux as much as I value my relationship with my co-workers because we work there as a team.

I find it challenging sometimes in hitting  our daily targets but thanks to our understanding management we're able to achieve it.

I love working at Electrolux because we are like a family there.

Quite a bit of travelling was involved, but the people you met and the relationships you develop made it worth while.  The management was always changing.  It seemed as if you had a new boss every 6-8 months.  Your home team people were great. The hardest part was the long hours driving behind the wheel as the territory was very large. Ironically the travelling was also the best part of the job.  Getting to experience your home territory is amazing.

I found it was fun most of the time. If you put in the time and effort you should get the sales and big commissions
This type of job is not for everyone.
Commision work If you wanted a Salery there was steps you had to do daily and weekly In otherwards you showed up on time and did what was expected of you on any paid job
