There aren’t any pros that I can think of… This company has been going downhill ever since new management took over.

Unprofessional work environment, poorly maintained facility, and mundane work culture.

Beware of the job descriptions as you'll likely be doing much more than what the description states. You’re lucky if you even get a job title or description, as this company is extremely disorderly and lacking simple processes. 

High pressure environment where you will not be compensated fairly. Management couldn’t care less about anything except the bottom dollar. Employees are overworked, underpaid, and underappreciated. You’re nothing but a number here. People only succeed by being a “yes-man” and there aren’t many opportunities for growth unless you’re one of managements favourites. 

Think twice about leaving your current job to come to Elton. 

The pay was terrible so in order to earn a living you must work long hours.
The management team is terrible and not at all concerned about the employees. It is all about the money that the company makes, plus they need considerable improvement in health and safety due to the lackluster attitude towards health and safety. You don't learn much and receive basic train on every job. The culture is one of "if management likes you" things go well and if they don't go well, you will be harassed into leaving. And there is no such thing as a raise thus a huge turn over in staff.

You Start out with a Temp agency to work at Eaton, by the 3rd week you begin to see what the culture is like there.  Shifts vary and no doubt the culture does as well.  I found out the hard way Supervisors don't appreciate proactive productivity and you are only set up for success if you're continuing production on a machine operated by the previous shift. Accountability and positive and proactive communication between shift's is one of the Major flaws. For $18.50 an hour its a steady paycheck if you can tolerate the ignorant vibes.

Day shift 6.30 - 6.30 (12 hrs) Night shift 6.30 -  6.30 (12hrs)

Operate injection moulding machines, inspect material. I learned to not work with your spouse :) Management was great as well as most of the co-workers. Hardest part was working with my spouse. Most enjoyable was being able to listen to your music while working.

Fast paced environment , usually pretty good days with other employees. They were pretty understanding when it came to having short term notice for time off work either personal reasons or business related.

Good place to work once you get full time and the bonus. You’ll learn a lot but you have to learn on your own in a way. The warehouse manager is very understanding and has workers best interests in mind. 95% of your coworkers are good people but there are a couple bad apples in high positions that make it draining at times. 

I was an machine operator and a QA . It was my first job in manufacturing . I learned how to start everything up, get the right material, prepare instructions and the right tools. Every 2 hrs we would do quality checks on different machines. I learned a lot from the set up guys

Elton isnt a terrible place to work, however its not a place to be long term. Little to no chance at advancing in the company. The pay is mediocre for a mediocre 7-3, 3-11, 11-7 whichever shift you choose to work. Dont expect anything special out of this place

Management are liars and dont care for anyone but themselves..not worth any amount of money to work there. Everyone just back stabbs you. There is no i in team. Some people have there mouth full with management if you get my drift
