The company uses surveillance cameras for SECURITY PURPOSES only and openly and freely monitor whoever and whatever they choose at any time.
They do not value their senior employees. Talk with one and you decide. 
Their training procedures are inadequate. You could be trained by someone who has only been employed for say 8 months leading to product holds and mistakes. Then discipline you for it.
You no longer know what you might expect for your next raise or if you will be receiving one at all.
Answers they provide verbally are subject to change on a regular basis. Don’t count on what your told.
“Family Owned” but that really doesn’t translate to you in any way. 
They will use the cameras to document your errors/mistakes and then bring up those issues in your review.
During your “yearly” review they will bring up issues from 3 or 4 years back to hit you with.
4 Pillars is a well crafted management tool to keep you at a low level of wage/earnings so that you don’t get a raise when management needs to keep costs low. There is no pay scale you can follow. Management decides your wage level. Some departments only get about a twenty cent raise while other departments get eighty cents or more. Some departments won’t get a raise at all.
Middle management are very good at taking pennies from your pockets and denying raises as they see fit because you didn’t smile enough while working. 4 Pillars positive energy.
The amount of responsibility that they place on you continuously increases so that management can quickly point the finger at you when things go really wrong.  This is  definitely NOT a company that appreciates their long term employees contributions to its success. 
Once they have you it’s hard to get out. No shift premiums for afternoons or night shifts. You don’t deserve that. No sick days. They don’t pay people to be sick and again…..you don’t deserve them. Profit sharing? You won’t loose sleep if you don’t reach their targets. The target is always moved further out of reach.


   Typical day is very labour intensive for new employees. I learned the hard way to look after yourself and not push yourself beyond possible permanent injury as you get beyond your youth. CEO,President and owner is the same person; company decisions are not group decisions by all senior managers. There is time for laughter for sure among employees but this is very limited. Hardest part of the job would be the 36hours of work in a 60hour period on a backshift 12 hour shift weekend. Honestly breaktime in cafeteria was most enjoyable part of the job even though cafeteria was not 24-7 and only weekday availability to employees. On site gym used by only a few day shift employees. I cannot think of what is implied by "Training and development support"  I would encourage that question to be asked at an interview. 

I've worked at lots of places that always say safety comes first before production.  I never believed them whenever they said that.  Here though I do believe it.  As long as safety issues are reported to the superviosr they take action to either lock out the machine or get it fixed.  The hourly rate might not be amazing bbut they are fair with how they pay.  You get paid for the 15 minutes that they want you to be there before your shift at time and a half.  Everywhere else I worked expected you to be there 15 minutes before but didn't pay you anything for it.  You also get paid more on the long week because some of your normal hours switch to time and a half.

I was one of the Lucky 25 let go when Management decided to turn on SAP too soon.The CEO was too immature and inexperienced to take the blame for his own actions so he ruined the lives of 25 regular employees at Random. This is a surprisingly typical reaction for them. They have also spent the last decade stripping as much money and benefits as they can from the staff. The air of Egalitarian greatness that pervaded when I started there has been replaced with money grubbing at the expense of the employees to the benefit of the board members.

The only positive thing about working there is some of the people.

Everything, too much management, they treat employees like dirt, expect more, no cost of living wage here for over 10 years,,,

Horrible, I wish I had gotten out years ago, it has gone down hill and just going to get worse

12 hours in and out, looking forward to end of shift

Some great people to work with but senior management are not helpful in any way.They will lie to you and tell you one thing and do something else .No job security.I never missed a day never was late nor left early.Came in whenever they called at the last minute when someone didnt show up.Was told with this I would have a job for as long as I want.Then they laid me off.I would never work for these liars again.

Hard place to succeed unless your from outside the plant or wait until someone retires, newly hired management doesn't care about pre-existing employees,  has said several times they don't care if we leave or get moved, he has a stack of resumes waiting to bring people over an constantly tells his employees they have no value to the company, anything good about working there he has ruined an forced all the senior employees into retirement or to leave an find other work 

Never cost of living raises usually don’t even get the set rate and then they’ll have the nerve to tell you to cut your breaks down even if your getting done twice as much as other shifts they also make safety rules that don’t even make sense to try to screw you out of diability if you get work they mangers should really whatch how they talk to people that make half as much money 

This company has been in business for several years and has good benefits but the CEO is widely regarded as an individual that think were his people that's makes his family money. Nobody trusts him and his senior mangers are just YES people. For a small community this is one of the best places to work for benefits and pay . A lot of people that were born in Amherst and work here for several years don not understand how good they have it.

Stay away    most unorganized place I have ever been

Never know what your doing till you get their   no raise last 3 years
