The CEO’s micromanagement creates a high-pressure, unsustainable work environment. Employees are bombarded with urgent messages every day, including weekends, from early morning to late evening. Being even a minute late triggers immediate scrutiny.

Most employees outside senior management are underpaid and expected to perform work that far exceeds their job descriptions, skill levels, and compensation. This creates frustration and burnout.

Turnover is extremely high in key departments like Sales, Marketing, and Finance, leading to constant training and onboarding. The onboarding process is excessively demanding, requiring employees to read books, complete product training, and submit detailed summaries, often on personal time.

The workplace culture is toxic, with frequent criticism from leadership that often comes across as belittling. This fosters fear and distrust among employees, resulting in a tense, uncomfortable atmosphere.

The CEO should consider taking courses or attending seminars focused on effective leadership, respectful communication, and constructive management. Building these skills could significantly improve interactions with employees and the overall workplace environment. Step back from day-to-day employee interactions and delegate leadership to experienced managers who can build trust and foster a positive work culture. Trust your team and stop micromanaging. The best part of working at a company is usually the combination of a supportive work environment, opportunities for growth, and feeling that your contributions actually matter. So far, I haven’t experienced any particularly stressful part of working here because everyone is very cooperative. My managers, Maha and Tom, are especially supportive, which makes it enjoyable and easy for me to work in the company.

The work environment is very friendly and positive. The team is cooperative and everyone works together. Whenever someone needs help, others are quick to support. I feel honored to have the opportunity to work in this company.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day at the company starts with checking my tasks and planning my work. I complete my assigned tasks, collaborate with my team when needed, and ensure everything is done on time. The day usually goes smoothly because of the supportive team environment.

Over the past year at ETI, I’ve learned a tremendous amount, both professionally and personally. The fast-paced environment has pushed me to grow quickly, sharpen my problem-solving skills, and adapt to new challenges with confidence. Management is supportive, communicative, and genuinely invested in helping the team succeed, which makes a huge difference day to day.

The workplace culture is highly collaborative and energetic; everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas and work together toward shared goals. The hardest part of the job is keeping up with the pace and consistently delivering high-quality work, but that’s also what makes it rewarding. The most enjoyable part is being part of a team that’s driven, supportive, and excited about what we’re building.

I’ve been working at ETI for a year now, and it’s been a fantastic experience. If you’re looking for a company that’s fast-paced, collaborative, and focused on growth, ETI is a great place to be.

I experienced significant attitude issues toward support staff within the Customer Service side. I ultimately left due to the poor treatment I received from my lead. After years of working in contact centers, this was by far my worst experience. They often jumped to the worst assumptions without thoroughly verifying details, immediately concluding the worst. To make matters worse, they never credited my final paycheck to my bank account, effectively making me work for them for a month without pay.

The CEO was great, but unfortunately, some of his subordinates didn't exhibit the same level of professionalism. I hope the company invests in training for leads on how to effectively manage and support their teams. Thank you for the opportunity.

The work environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, offering opportunities to engage with nearly every department within the company. You’ll receive on-the-spot training as well as access to external courses, all fully funded by the company to support your personal and professional growth. The company culture is fantastic, with events hosted throughout the year for employees—and some even include family invitations. If you're a dedicated hard worker looking to advance your career, the opportunities here are abundant. The CEO and management have a truly open-door policy, allowing you to ask anything.

Working in the customer service industry is challenging for me, but the managers and supervisors here make it much easier. They teach in a way that helps you learn a lot. The employees are very kind and approachable, always willing to answer questions politely. The supervisor is especially nice and approachable, ensuring that all your questions are answered without making you feel inadequate. It’s a great experience working here because they continue to train and support you, even after your initial training period.

I loved working here not just because of the work culture and environment, but also the people you are working with.

When you are at work, everyone will smile and say hello to each other, which leads to a wonderful start at work. The training ETI provides is perfect for fresh man to get started on their job. The job description is so detailed that you can easily follow and success. Managers are very kind, they allow some flexibilities at work as long as you get the job done. Colleagues here are super friendly and always willing to help. I trust that you make a great decision working here.

Overall a positive place to work. The learning curve is short however it helps you to take initiative and grow within your position. The culture is positive and the CEO tries to live his core values in the way he operates his business. The new open office space allows for inclusion and to get results faster. 

If you love your coffee, the office provides free coffee and healthy snacks all day! 

If you are a person who loves to take initiative, appreciates growth and be part of a growing company...this is the place for you.

It’s a fast paced work place with lots of collaboration between departments. Expect to learn a lot and advance your career. Especially if you are an early career individual who is just starting. 

Management is great, and workplace culture makes me feel part of the team and engaged.

If you answered yes to any of these then this is the job for you! The management does a great job of making you feel like a 2 year old while simultaneously telling you about 5 new tasks that will need to be completed. They are really focused on your future by forcing you to take unpaid training courses after work on top of your regular 40hrs.
