In my 18 year experience this is the most positive stress free environment I’ve ever worked in. Company is always busy with multi local jobs, staying competitive with all the biggest companies in town. The main difference is…. the owner is very involved. He knows all his employees, no one is just a number. Definitely a great feeling to know when you strive to excel it’s noticed and rewarded, whether you’re a labourer, apprentice, operator, lead hand or foreman. Also the crew here is very friendly. No drama, non competitive and in no way cliquy. It’s such a rare find to work in an environment where everyone works so well together and hard work gets noticed. 

It's a great place to work, they take on all experience levels and train from the ground up.
Very safety conscious, they care about all the employees.
Hard work, not the job for lazy people or those who dislike manual labour, but really fulfilling.
The crews are great, everyone pulls their weight equally for the most part!
The owner regularly stops by the sites, talks to employees and takes pride in his company which further pushes all to do their best.
Emry is a fantastic company to work for if you have work ethic, pride in your quality of work, and a positive attitude!

constantly working late every day without getting payed. Always expected to stay late in the evenings and on weekends to make up for improper planning and management errors. No loyalty towards the employees for hard work done. 

The crew of workers is a solid crew and if your in a spot where you need lots of overtime, you will get it here. 

Safety in the workplace is not the most important but still is present.

Been with the company for a few years. Always strong leadership from management. The owner new my name the first time I met him. It’s a great place to learn the basics of form work. Safety is at a high standard the morning meeting sets guy up for a successful and productive day with installing all the safety percussion that are needed for the task at hand. I would recommend this company to anyone that likes to feel good about what they have a accomplished at the end of a day. 

Ibe be with Emry since day one. We started of small amd keep growning. We do some pretty amazing jobs in Kelowna. The guys are awsome and alot of us hangout after work to golf and go out on the boat. Above fair wages and great work life balance. We do work some saturdays but most times they are optional. If your looking to be part of some of the major projects going up in Kelowna, and move up in postion, Emry is a great company for that.

Worst run company from the management side . Foreman allowing multiple crew members to get hurt a shift . Management does not have any concern for workers family life . My mother had a stroke while working for Emry . I let my foreman know and he let me go for missing a day . Have never worked for such a non personable run company before .

I worked for Emry for several years. Management Constantly went out of the way to go above and beyond to help me.
 I was constantly challenged in my career at Emry.  I found the pay to be very comparable or better than around town. Overtime was always available for me.  I never had to worry about being laid off or shortage of work.

I’ve worked for Emry Formwork s for several years and it has been a positive experience the entire time. Good leadership, solid crew of experienced workers, safety is held at a high regard, great wages, overtime is available, and the benefits are great. I absolutely recommend working for this company.

Great company would work for them again. 
Always lots of tools to use. Formwork is well taken care of. Sites are clean and safe. 
Always lots of work and they try to keep everyone busy   If there is ever a slow day 

Emry has been a great company to work for over the past couple of years. Management is supportive and I feel confident that there is always something new to learn and opportunities to take on more responsibility.
