Every quarter the owners would give gifts to all employees of various valued amounts as a raffle - fun event just as a thank you and appreciation for your hard work.

Busy but in a good way....

You get fed breakfast and lunch. The management can tough but is also fair. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Around Christmas time you get year end bonuses. The pay is excellent.

Privately owned and operated. Lots of smart people. Generous and understanding owners.
Like most things in life, your job and satisfaction are what you make of it. There is lots of room to grow and take on responsibilities.

Very strict but rewarding management team, I was expected to lead my team accordingly and was given the respect to do so. Very physically demanding which was my favorite part of the job, constantly busy and keeping a fast pace.

even though my time was short there I really enjoyed the people , the work , and of course the free lunch. they even let me extend my temp position so i could continue during my school

Will provide opportunities to those willing to learn and put in the effort. You must advocate for yourself at times, but they are receptive, reasonable and respectful.

With work staring at 7:30 am and ending at 4:00 pm it was a great balance of work life to personal life.  The wage was great, and the people were good and worked as a team.
