A typical manufacturing job, making an okay product, but hobbled by unrealistic expectations from corporate, punitive measures from management, and drama from those who probably aren't pulling their weight.

Deadlines tighten as demand for stocking more corporate warehouse projects, materials grow thin, machines break down, space is at a premium, and expectations are set even higher to produce while working over clutter. Management cares little about any complaints that things cannot be done. 
Management uses the radio as a punitive measure for those who complain about the station they're on. They will make it worse and tell you it's fair. 

Pros:
- Fantastic benefits package
- Full-time, all the time
- Overtime frequently available
- Somewhat convenient location outside of town
- Lots of time to chat while you work, usually decent fellow employees
- Some employees try to make it fun
- The product itself is useful and you get a decent discount on it
- Get a turkey for Christmas
- Won't annoy you much about covid things (if that matters to you)

Cons:
- Absurd workload
- Nepotism higher up
- Management just doesn't like you most of the time
- Pay is low, won't go up for your increasing workload, and newer employees get more than some older employees
- Cluttered
- Fibreglass will penetrate you anywhere you work
- Old building with leaks and mold (a new building is currently under construction)
- Mud parking lot (new parking lot is also under construction)
- Won't annoy you much about covid things (if that matters to you)

Management likes to lie and manipulate people into doing additional tasks while pitting people against each other. 

They will not listen to logic or reason, often causing more stressful environments and blaming the staff when things don't go their way. 

They will not take harassments and bullying seriously.  





WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this job to people who have mental health issues or a learning disability as they are not accommodating in the slightest.

Other than the benefits being pretty decent, there isn't many positive things to say about this company. 
Management does not care about it's employees what so ever. The atmosphere is very competitive and judgemental with favouritism seen every which way. 
If you do not make this place your entire life they make you feel horrible and like you are responsible if the company falls apart. Do not even try calling in sick without the stress of knowing you will be judged and shunned the next day. 
There is a very high chance that you will get hired no matter what because of the amount of people who end up leaving is astronomical. You are only a number to them. 

It's a typical 8-4 job. Standard assembly factory. Most people struggle with this now a days, but just like any other job, if you're actually willing to work, be present, do your job, and don't give attitude to management, you'll be okay.  Unfortunately, there's some unnecessary high school drama within the fellow co workers. It's not a high class job, but overall it's a full time job with good benefits which is hard to get with most jobs now a days.

Levying at 2 on every Friday

Being looked over all the time today your job and make the truck 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Depending upon the building and department 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not very fun depending upon the department

You will be covered head to toe in fiber glass every day, no amount of protection will keep you safe from it. Monotonous work that is only really bearable if you zone out through the day.  You will be expected to perform at the level of those who've been at the company for years. Machines are dirty, workplace is dirty, and if management doesn't like you, they will make sure you know it. 

This is a decent place to work. You can move up the pay scale pretty quickly if you show up to work and get stuff done. Good benefits package. Management is decent to work for. 

Horrible place to work! Benefits and hours are the only thing that’s good. Management barely speaks to the employees, only to bark orders at you. Good employees get punished, while lazy employees get rewarded 

Good working environnement. Average benefits but the management is doing its best to provide some extra bonuses. Colleagues are great too and always willing to support 

Is not a nice place to work. It is very unorganized and not well maintained. Mold Everywhere. For what workers do and the pace of the work they get paid minimum wage.
