- Inconsistent training; manager does not have a proper training guideline and is usually absent during the first formative weeks of training. Staff members (especially new staff) are given harsh, unjust and un-constructive feedback regardless if whether they are new and that they haven’t been properly trained. Some of the feedback given use offensive language and contain rude personal remarks. These feedbacks are circulated between managers via email and often contain malicious rumours that are belittling, degrading, demeaning and patronizing. 
- Lab techs are required to do front desk work (answering phone calls, faxing, documenting etc…) while also taking time to administer vaccines which is extremely stressful. This results in many mistakes occurring because it is impossible to do all of these tasks all at once perfectly. The management team does not take accountability for these mistakes for not properly scheduling employees but rather point fingers at the lab techs for not being able to do what is essentially an impossible task.
- Instead of creating an organized and well structured environment where employees can work easily with little supervision, management has created a completely disorganized work place and would rather excessively monitor and micromanage staff members to do their job.
- The clinic is almost always understaffed putting pressure on the very few employees that they have. I am not sure why management fails to see that this kind of toxic environment is the reason why they cannot retain employees for longer than a few months.

I worked there for just over a year and honestly the management team was very disorganized. The training was inconsistent, always changing systems of work flow. Which brought lots of room for mistakes and misunderstandings. 

There was barely any room for advancement, tasks were always behind because we would be understaffed. They had nurses/lab techs doing administrative work while rooming and doing injection ALL at the same time. Sometimes you would only be working by yourself which can be stressful and overwhelming. 

Whenever an issue was brought up they would blame and point fingers at whoever was at fault. It was overall a very stressful and toxic environment. Everyone at the work place including Doctors were upset with how the clinic was run.

Would never recommend to people who is experienced.

The workplaces were clean and neat. The doctors were friendly and supportive. New grads would obtain a lot experience with different pts, doctors, specialists. Other co-workers are usually helpful and friendly.
However, the environment was very stressful and toxic.
The manager was very unprofessional and unfriendly. The person push all the problems to the employees, without enough training but expected you to know everything. Whenever there was a conflict with the patient, they blame the employees, which make you feel very unwelcomed, unqualified and never enough for such a position. 
Over all, do NOT work here unless you are out of choice, but you need a job, even if with a low rate.



Was hired as a lab technician, ended up being everything, secretary, doc assistant, phlebotomist, cleaner, you name it, with very low pay and super high expectations mostly about the amount of work that needed to be done, we were expected not to walk but run!!!! The halls because the place is always busy but company to cheap to hire enough people, it's a good starting place cause you learn a lot but most people don't stick around for more than a few months. Worth accepting the job to get some experience and then move on. 

I would honestly not advise anyone to work here unless you have to. Management is horrible and they don't care at all about their staff. Pay is very low and people are too scared to discuss anything with management. If you must work there, do yourself a favor and keep looking for jobs while working. Get in and get out.

It’s a great place to work at and learn from. The manger is so caring, supportive, flexible with the schedule, respectful and funny. Also, he understands if something come up in your life and you need a break. The staff are so nice people who support you and try to teach you. Everyone tries their best to provide the best patient services and take care of the patients.

not many benefits. Doctors are fun to work with at times. Staff is great to work with. Not really much to say, a job is a job.

A typical day at work was receiving patients, answering phones, triage, interact with doctors and work in the lab. Management was good and I enjoyed caring for patients.

They experience was great they take time out to teach you in order to serve the customers better. Management team was ok very fast paced at times but it’s manageable
