Management is all over the place. A few of the captains are great while the other few are absolutely horrible. Sometimes you'll get a warning for wearing a piece of clothing yet someone else wear exactly the same thing and they don't get any warning. You would think, "how is it possible for them to micro-manage me if I'm on the road and not being supervised?" Everything you do is tracked. You can't even take a washroom break without the captains asking 10 different questions. The four day work week is great until they consistently ask you to stay longer and you're constantly doing 11-12 hour days. The system itself is okay as you will get customers assigned to you all within the same area. The problem occurs when you start taking other people's customers or are given same day orders. This will have you driving up to 1 hour only to return back to the original area you were in (E.g. Having all your visits in Vaughan only to have a visit assigned to you in East York and back to Vaughan). Management then proceeds to lecture us about being late to visits. You only get three sick days out of the entire year.
Also, they initially tell you it's a customer experience job over a sales job, but it is 100% a sales job.
If anything, the most enjoyable part of this job is being able to speak with your colleagues while you're on the road.

It's all about sales at any cost! Unrealistic sales goals! Enjoy Technology presents itself as a mobile retail store. The telecom partner says it is a free same day delivery and setup. Customers have no clue about Enjoy and what it does. Field sales employees constantly deal with objections and rejections due to that reason. Very difficult to sell, unless one really pushs or "get smart on the job". 

Stressful workplace! High turnover! Would no recommend, unless one really needs the money and benefits. 

Management makes you feel miserable when not achieving the goals. Goals are based in nothing. There is no sales lead at all. Management makes one feel that can be fired anytime if not performing. The company is strongly based on micromanagement. 

One gets three weeks of paid training before start the job. The training is all about the company's mission, values, and etc. It's a brainwash! One learns nothing about the position itself. What is presented in the training does not happen in real life. There is no other training provided along the way. 

This is one of the zero Canadian companies that will not let you go if there is a pandemic, in fact, you will surely be busy.  It was created because of the pandemic, so in that regard the job security is certainly reliable.  They WILL expect you to sell, so be ready for that.  There is room to grow, and the staff I work with is kind and empathetic.  It is an American company, which is probably why the job is good.  Any Canadian company I work for is toxic, there is always someone power tripping, and has terrible culture.

It’s advertised as a customer service position when it’s really a hard core sales position and nothing you do is enough. The Canadian upper management has really taken a downfall since June 2021, with that no transparency in anything. As for my direct leaders at the time, they were amazing and actually cared about us and took accountability. You could show upper management a photo of an apple and say “that’s an apple” they would turn around and say no that’s an orange and believe they are right. While the 3 days off are nice the intense metrics are not worth it. 

Very laid back. You do get your own car when you're working which you can use to run errands on your break or if there are no calls. In the busy season it can get very busy with back to back visits, but in the slower seasons i used to work 5 hours a day of my 10 shift and the rest I would use to run personal errands/relax. Management at the ottawa location is the best of the best. They support you all the time and they show that they really care about you. They make you feel right at home immediately. 

This job is laid back and fairly easy if you can handle the toxic management. They use scare tactics to try and push you out if you are not performing instead of trying to help you succeed. They will belittle you and tell you that you are worthless to the company unless you sell day in and day out. They promote shady sales tactics and push you to try and scam customers. If done right this could be a perfect job and company but unfortunately the management is horrendous.

Something you’ll consistently see when looking at reviews for this company is the fact that they tell you it’s not a sales job but it is very much a sales job. Management is not all on the same page, you can get written up for calling out for emergency by one and not the other. They truly sell the job to you during training and interviews to get you excited but some of it is not true. 

Management lacks humanity, kindness and transparency.  They use bullying tactics to force you out if they don’t like you.  No room for internal growth unless you’re mindless and easily lead. Upper management does not respond to employee complaints/feedback.  This company has no appreciation for good employees and they lack any kind of real leadership qualities needed to build a solid business. 

Great company to work for. The pay, benefits, and work life balance are all amazing. This is not talked about as a sales job but it is indeed a sales job. Stress from upper management to reach your sales targets daily/weekly/monthly is applied to experts. 

Enjoy is a great place to work, I met a lot of good-hearted people there, the job is not so hard, however it gets a little stressful when you need to reach your sales goals
