I am a part time receptionist, with no experience as a receptionist , I was given a chance and it was perfect. I got all the training I needed to do a great job, would I recommend this job, absolutely, would I ever go back and work for Enns Brothers again, 100% yes.

I enjoy working for Enns Brothers but the way things role in the Morris store hasn't been the same since there have been a bunch of changes.  Enns Brothers is a great company to work for. 
I've learnt a lot about agriculture equipment.  Since having a new manager in charge, I personally feel that it's getting worse.  The new manager isn't concerned when there's something wrong.  The hardest part about the job would be when a customer comes in a starts yelling at you when he doesn't get the write part.  The most enjoyable part about my job would be interacting with the customers, I really enjoy talking and I am a energetic person.

veryone that works here has to play "the game."
Basically shut up and do your work. For you to have job security, you need to be a family member.
I have never seen a workplace with so much drama and politics. The negativity is unbelievable. And for women, this is an all male industry with all male higher ups, that look down and belittle the women. People have said that it seems to be "an all boys club."
The only way this place will change for the better is if it's bought out by another company.
Please think long and hard about working for this "company."

I really enjoy working here! Let's be Real! It is a Ag and Rec company it will be busy and busy often! You have to put your mind to it. If you do the tasks at hand and work hard they will reward your performance. Also Ask and you shall receive. They do not know all your needs and desires so ask questions and make it know. Have professional Conversations. You reap what you sow in effort. 

Also I have been here over 8 years and was not related to anyone and I feel I have done pretty good. Be careful reading negative reviews a lot of them I feel do not speak the full truth.

The people that work here are so dedicated and hard working but don’t get the recognition they truly deserve. Parts manager is a tyrant and will destroy any confidence you started with. No trust in the team or incentive to move up. This multi million dollar company could afford to pay higher wages but increase in workload and/or having multifaceted skill doesn’t increase your value. Management is the glue that holds everything together,
Need to start trimming off the top and maybe you’ll start seeing improvement in morale and performance .

Unless you have the right last name, you wont get anywhere. They rather have idiots who don't give a rats you know what then some one who tries to make things good. Owners go out with new equipment, bust it up and expect it to be fixed for the next weekend.Manager stands at the door at the end of the day and wants you to work overtime everyday....sorry, I have a life.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Fast-paced with constant multitasking, making it a really engaging and exciting challenge.

Great group of mechanics, but unorganized in work and not competitive pay. No tool allowance for journeyman. Non job related work gets put on your job codes regularly effecting your efficiency, or time charged to customer won’t reflect work done. This last year talked about amazing service department with profits made but that doesn’t meant decent raises, even with cost of living being at an all time high.
