What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
If you are not a favourite, you have to worry about losing your job constantly.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s a very toxic environment unless of course you are one of the favourites, then you can do no wrong even though you have complaints from Clients! The management will then blame the Clients! But if they don’t like you even though you are a great worker, then you are in the wrong and get written up

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It is constant stress! Again unless you are one of the favourites! I have never worked at a Company that shows so much favouritism

Nice relaxing atmosphere, show do the job, go home. 
Casual employment was very generous.

Getting onsite in time, don't be late.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
As casual it was very relaxed, most times I was working in the off production days.

Show up, do regular hourly observation checks, report into supervisor.

The hours and the interesting people you meet

Som of the city you have to work in or drive in

It is a great work environment

Driving cast and crew form set to there hotels

The company does care a lot about their employees and their well-being. 

The management team is very understanding, easy going and very supportive.

The perks are awesome and always helpful. I always learn everything everyday from everyone. I am great full to be a part of EP Canada. 

Being part of EP, you would be called to various different filming locations.  They could be in a warehouse, field, architectural wonder or in the work shop.  Your role could be regular 7 to 5 hours or could be in excess of an 18 hour day.  Exciting, novel and mentally and physically exhausting.

Loved being a part of a team that was so awesome and on the ball. I’d 10/10 recommend working for this company. Yeah the days were long and the job went for almost a month. But you never realized you were working. 

Fast paced challenging yet very unique and interesting work environment. Many very talented and creative people in all departments making the production of movies a very viable product in British Columbia. A very supportive community.

If you are a single and no one with you on holidays and want to work full day after hours from 9 to 11pm, also work over the weekend, take this job. You will learn yourself but be aware! management will watch your work after hour by micromanaging.


Its always good to try new things so movie industry was an amazing place to be, around hollywood stars and great experienced artists  with incredible creation everyday.

Very Satisfied with my first job experience. I got the work from a friend as I have cheerleading experience and I ended up being in the film as an extra many times and was paid extra for my appearances, loved it.
