If you are a good and hard worker they will keep you on and work you to the bone. Not only physically but mentally ill with stress. It will only take a few minutes for you to figure out management has zero respect for production workers.

Punishment in the company is huge and they think they are doing it discreetly by moving people around or keeping employees segregated. 

Expect management to speak over you in a language you may not understand. Don't bother asking what was said because you will be ignored and left in the dark constantly. You will also notice -instead of them saying ask again later- they will just extend their hand near your face (this means they want you to stop talking).

Leave your opinions at the door, they are not welcome here. If they ask for feedback -its a trap and you will be seen as a difficult person. 

Never know more about something than management does, you will be seen as a difficult person. 

Never assume you can do things on your own -you will be scolded infront of your coworkers for doing it wrong/ at a wrong time/ maybe even at the right time but they just didnt want you to do it, although it may have needed to be done.

Lastly: 
Keep your head down and dont look anyone in the eye. 
Dont speak unless spoken too. 
Dont ask too many questions. 
Dont ask for explanations on why things are done a certain way. 
And dont ever be seen enjoying your coworkers company.

Fast paced environment with training available. A little bit disorganized with training and team lead is completely remote so lots of video calls. Very busy during the holiday season. Will definitely need some basic knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator. Repetitive tasks & often many attempts to "fix" artwork issues, can get mundane & frustrating at time. Lots of troubleshooting required, patience & problem solving skills.

Very early start which is actually nice once you get use to the hours (7-3pm). Pay is okay (hourly), good for if you just recently graduated. Benefits available after 3months. You get free product/t shirts if there are extras & holiday gift.

You work in an "office" but it's quit sad/worn out looking. It's essentially an office space located in the back of the warehouse next to the screenprint burning room. If environment/lighting has an impact on you, you will prob not enjoy this environment. Also noisy & lots of walking through the warehouse & between the diff printing/emb areas.

Overall, an average workplace. Interesting to learn about the machinery/production if you're interested in the BTS of printed t-shirts & embroidered products. Would not recommend if you're looking for a creative position, you're just working with existing artworks from customers. No designing/creativity needed at all & is very task based. 

This company deceives people by hiring them and promising they can thrive but they fire everybody within probation period, then hire new people. Watch for their Ads, they announce for the same jobs every two months. The advantage of that is to save agency fees, benefits,....etc. The termination is immediate so you leave the company at the same moment without any prior notice. They have poisoned environment where you are vulnerable to harassment and mistreated or talking about you and making fun of you. The language is bad where few people understand English. The communication skills is the worst. Team leaders don't care about your concerns. The machines are too old and needs overhaul and you get blamed for any damage coming out of those machines. Some people are watching you and providing information in in front of you. Amazon introduced a new project called merch-amazon, so any company can order online any quantity of high quality T-shirts with any design they like without the hassle of hiring people and business cost.

I have read some of the reviews posted on here about Entripy.  Most of them are from disgruntled employees who have left or have been told to leave.  It's sad!

Yes, Entripy is going through some growing pains because of the growth they have experienced in the last year. 

They are investing in a lot of new technologies that make screen printing even better.They work with some really cool clients. It makes me proud to say I that I made those shirts. 

Entripy is not for everyone. It is not a place for people who don't actually want to work. It's hard work, and it's busy.
