It was suggested to me that I address my concerns with your Board of Directors, but being that there isn't a Board of Directors, I guess I must address my ongoing concerns with you as the CEO of Entrust Tilton Reed. I question the agency's ability to conduct a thorough investigation on itself and with "No" board of directors to hold you / Entrust Disability Services accountable, My hope is when this and other situations become public the organization is held accountable. You allowed the staff to abuse the clients, remain employed and become the new Assistant Manager, and now have the clients living in fear if anything is said.

 I enjoyed working for entrust company  and serving my community aslo  I was happy having employment opportunity by this company. Entrust  gives enough hours for employees. The company provides full training and  on job training for  new staffs. The company treatment of the family was very impressive. always  working staffs receives appreciation at the house I worked for. 

Entrust is Good place to work ,many group homes ,opportunities to grow different positions ,some houses are tough but over all it is right place to start because Management always give chance to new comers to began the work lots of staff must take fixed shift relief is very tough if you are trying than stick in one house so you will be used to.

Entrust is a great place to work if you are looking for long term growth in your career path. Pay is average. However, they are always hiring internally. Would recommend. 

I've been working here for almost a year now and the people here are very supportive and fun to work with. They take advice to better the livelihood of each client and have a positive outlook on feedback.
