Misuse of Technology: E360S has made heavy investments in technology, but these tools are often not used effectively, leading to errors and inefficiencies. Systems that should streamline work processes often cause confusion, which results in wasted time and frustration among employees.
Overwork and Burnout: Employees are frequently overburdened with work, especially as technology fails to ease their load. The constant juggling of tasks without proper resources or support can quickly lead to burnout.
Poor Communication: There’s a significant gap in communication at all levels of the company. Misunderstandings between departments and within teams often occur due to a lack of clarity and transparency, exacerbating other operational challenges.
Salary Disparities: A noticeable pay gap exists for the same role with similar experience, which has caused dissatisfaction among employees. The pay differences seem arbitrary, adding to feelings of inequity and frustration.
Unmet Promises: Promises regarding salary increases and improved benefits have not been fulfilled, leaving employees feeling misled and disillusioned by the management's lack of follow-through.
Limited Career Growth: Advancement opportunities are rare, and promotions are often given based on favoritism rather than merit, which stifles employee motivation.

Having read negative and positive reviews…I went ahead anyways. Started out okay but even during orientation training could see lack of communication/scheduling planning by them. Finally getting on the road, my swamper was reasonable. Truck provided wasn’t bad relatively newer unit but other drivers put through stress. Group consists of mainly younger drivers/swampers and literally you as operator get little update since dispatch seems to (pick a word) with existing built team you are like 3party barely know what’s happening and asking you swamper. Show on site with wrong equipment or lack off and still bill clients for company/dispatch mistakes!!! They schedule work out of town etc is all good but when change happens they communicate very little info and if you are always in the dark not knowing because of poor planning by them. Pay isn’t bad and they seem to be good with looking after work hours submitted. LOA is weak!!! Payroll tax formula is bad, over tax!!! Some mature group of guys some very helpful rest are young crew 20’s/women and it’s a look forward to drinking group and I guess dispatch/lower management seems to work better with vs someone just wanting proper scheduling details or thinks you’ll keep up with their mistakes bend over and if you don’t they’ll replace you. Rotating door, management don’t fix or identify their problems instead keep replacing operators!

I would not recommend E360 Waste Management (Edmonton) to anyone.

The core issue is management. There is a serious lack of communication, direction, and basic understanding of operations. Decisions feel reactive rather than planned, and expectations are often unclear or constantly changing.

Management and dispatch appear unqualified for their roles, which creates confusion and frustration for drivers and staff. There is little leadership, poor coordination, and no clear accountability. Instead of supporting workers, management contributes to unnecessary stress and inefficiency.

What’s most concerning is that individuals who were unsuccessful as front load drivers with multiple accidentswere have been promoted into management positions without the skills or experience required to lead others effectively. This shows in daily operations and overall workplace culture.

Until E360 addresses its management structure, leadership quality, and communication standards, I cannot recommend this company as an employer.



So many red flags that I ignored within the first few days, thinking I need to tough this out and give it a chance. Should've listened to my intuition, my gut tried to warn me.

*Super negative attitudes from staff
*Very unprofessional behaviors from staff
*Tons of bad mouthing practically everyone from every other location
*Toxic environment and zero culture of respect
* Wages and benefits are a joke and definitely not adequate by industry standards
*HUGE turnover so NO ONE knows what they're doing (3 people in 1 month, 13 in 1 year!)
*Mgmt does not care about health and safety of employees
*Mgmt does not know how to operate a large national company, still have mom and pop shop mentality
*Expanded too big, too quickly...it's a embarrassing gong show.

I did meet some amazing people that I hope to remain in contact with. The stress and lack of leadership or direction nearly put me into the psych ward. Good riddance and good luck.

If you want a thankless job with unrealistic expectations, this is the place for you. I have never felt so much anger from the employees and management. The usual tone of voice was yelling. They were not upfront about how much you were being paid, or what the actual commission structure was. It was hard to contact management to get anything approved. Training was poor. Trucks broke down a lot and you had to deal with angry customers. It happened so much that the customers were starting to think that it was just an excuse. Sometimes it was. Prices, environmental fees and fuel kept on getting increased on a regular basis. Customers were getting really mad and were trying to cancel. They couldn't because they were stuck in 5 year contracts. I wish that I never worked here. 

Pay isn't terrible. Although, at the same time there is an issue when you acquire multiple companies at once. Each company had a different pay rate therefore not all employees with the same job title make the same wage, but are expected to perform the same task. Example of this being; 2 rolloff drivers on the same job site, 1 could be making $25 while the other makes $30. You also have situation where two very different jobs pay close to the same wage. Example; licensed AZ driver makes $26-$28 and a portable potty technician  makes $27. 
Lots of drama. Lots of favoritism. Lots of empty promises. Management is very two faced. Most equipment is junk. They do not practice safety in the work place. 
From what I've read on this site, it seems only office staff have found this to be a good experience. As for us drivers/operators/laborers, I see a pattern of frustration and a lot of stress. 
But it's a great place to be if you are in the "click" I'm sure.

The best part of my day is when I get to leave. Upper management is disorganized and this trickles down to branches not knowing what they are doing and getting in trouble for “doing things wrong”. Process changes and no one knows. Everyone has a “not my job” attitude. No one helps eachother, no one knows what their job is and there are no clearly communicated expectations. Managers that don’t manage. Staff that aren’t trained for their role. Large number of admin are all defeat and desperately searching for a new job in a bad economy but stuck suffering daily. The company does not care about making processes easier and streamlining but takes the hardest, most complicated way to get a job done.. Company expects high output with as little pay as possible. You’re hired for one job but are expected to do the work of three. Poor pay for high stress, zero growth, and recognition.
