The job itself sucks, it is very hot and tedious, you are under-paid and the benefits suck. It is continental shifts which is amazing because you work 2 days, 2 days off, work 3 days, 2 days off, work 2 days, 3 days off. You work every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday but have every other weekend off but you work 12 hour shifts. You work with mostly great people, every place has the odd not so great people, but the job itself is not so good. Great schedule but long hours. 4 out of 10 !

Owner doesn’t care about you and is focused on money over customer safety. Management doesn’t know how to manage the engineer there runs everything and doesn’t know how to actually engineer and doesn’t know how to properly manage get paid junk pay to develop early arthritis and messed up wrists.  

I am currently employed at Enviroshake and I very much enjoy working here. The staff are so willing to help and provide on the job training to make you feel like part of the team very quickly. If you are looking for a place of employment that values you and your work, this is the place to join!

fast paced, can get very hot during summer months. a little dirty at times. it's a laid back environment, pretty easy going. company has lots of incentives, offers free lunches. provides hot and cold drinks. free t-shirts etc.

Colleagues are great to work with, very supportive and full of knowledge.  However, new management looks after their own first. The owners daughter is the VP of Sales and Marketing and a son is the sales manager for the Caribbean market.

loved my two years there. would go back if i needed too. The work is hot but the good people and shifts make it way better to handle. sometimes up to 105 degrees

Working part-time as an accounts payable clerk was a great experience.  The experience gained complemented the my concurrent studies at college in the accounting program.

Enviroshake is a good place to work for the people the are friendly and helpful management works with you to address issues with in and provide proper training to do the job
