Envision is a good place for a college graduate to begin their career and get some experience. If you are on the right team itcan be educational and rewarding. The pay is ok and benefit good. There are a few notable leaders who treat their teams well. 

The companys CEO lacks leadership skills. He comes across as insincere, untrustworthy, and sometimes rude. His "leadership" has made employee morale go down. 

 The design team and other employees must consistently deal with a toxic bully in the midst. This senior person on the team has inflated ego and is also manipulative, condescending, rude, and predatory in the way employees and colleagues are targeted to be bullied. The companys most senior leadership is aware of many complaints made against this individual and does nothing effective to address the problem. Their lack of leadership indicates the lack of company culture. Avoid the design team at all cost.


If you're someone who values professional growth and wants to contribute meaningfully to the company you work for, I would strongly recommend avoiding Envision. The leadership team does not foster or support employee development. While your ideas and suggestions might be acknowledged at first, they ultimately become a liability to your career. The senior team seems more focused on maintaining an illusion of being the only knowledgeable and competent individuals, rather than encouraging innovation or collaboration.

The company’s culture is best described as "leader + sheep," where independent thinking is neither appreciated nor rewarded. Unfortunately, this creates a toxic environment that stifles creativity and drives talented individuals away. If you have other options, do yourself a favor and steer clear.

Interesting company 
I found that everyone supposedly was an 'expert' in their field yet no one had proper credentials...hmmmm
I found that management did not know how to handle unhappy employees instead they would plan group outings or events; that's great however, not all employees would socialize together; 
High employee turnover - will continue as management does not how to treat employees with respect.
May be a good place to start your career...however don't stay...move forward...

I have a great position and manager.  
Culture is none existent, partially due to the pandemic. 
Ever changing management with a very poor performing and unlikable CEO.
Job security is not present for most. 
Pay is competitive for some, and not for others. 
US business side is favored.
Awkward bi-weekly company meetings.
Segmented business structure with too many services.






The best part about working at Envision, aside from the team, is the opportunity to continuously learn. No day is the same, which makes the job exciting and engaging. There is a sense of mutual respect, both internally and with external clients. Junior people are supported, and from what I've seen and experienced, hard work is rewarded and there are many opportunities to rise within the company.  

great company just the benefits are not good and a bit away from union station so alot of walking. working there is great. you have to be self learner. alot of training not provided. good clients they have. Great company activities

This was a brief part time position that they needed someone willing to do flexible hours for.  All staff I interacted with were cordial and helpful.  I worked off site within a vendor establishment to help with a much needed project.

Friendly staff and management! Very collaborative team and the owners always took care of the staff. Highly recommend  envision to anyone starting a career in design and project management.

A super fun workplace, with good opportunities to enhance one’s professional growth. Great people who take responsibility for their work. Good projects to work on.

You work long hours almost everyday. Get paid very poorly.  They say you can bank your overtime hours but you can almost never use those banked hours.
