I loved working in Epicor, it was a nice place to work. I was able to turn it to a fun place to work, I guess due to my   friendly behavior, saying hello to everybody I met, and in a short time I had many friends.
Which helped me building up a team spirit, work as a team, play table tennis, going to the gym. I had great fun
However did not forget that my first obligation was to do an efficient job, which I was good at, due to which I was liked by my team lead.
I feel blessed  for having the opportunity to  get a chance to  work with so many wonderful people

Job: Multiple projects within the team to  work on, solve real-world problems and train on evolving tech stacks.

I got hired at Epicor as a permanent employee, I was told how secure it is to be at Epicor (job security), less than a year after I started, the CEO got fired, then a big management shake up happened, and around one year after I was employed, a lay off took place and I and many others lost our jobs for no apparent reason. If they told you it is a permanent position, even if you did a great job, it does not secure your job there. Many seniors lost their jobs for no reason.

Epicor is a great place to work with outstanding leadership and the opportunity to move up within the company. The best part about Epicor is the methodical way in which they teach you to work through the sales process.  This reduces no decision and vets prospects, therefore, you're not wasting time with those companies that are not serious about replacing their current business system.

Good place to work because of the people that work there. Most of the people on the Advice Line in California have a minimum of 15 years experience. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They have a strong positive culture of helping new hires, giving them all the tools they need to succeed.

Staff and management is very nice and supportive and have a small company feel to it. 
There is a learning curve to this position, and documentation and knowledgebase to self learn is very limited but everyone is helpful and willing to teach and help you.

Check emsils, resolvenproblems to complete sales, help on quotes for salespeople, modify paperwork amd send documents out for signatures, also provide assistance with the cpq tool

Epicor is a very productive company which has client all over the world ... working at Epicor gave me this chance to be more motivated and could able to apply my software Testing knowledge .

most enjoyable part of the job was working with a knowledgeable IT team.

hardest part of the job was taking on tasks that you may not know, but learning how to do it on the spot.
