Respond to inquiries by telephone and email, as well as providing an excellent customer service while giving full attention to customers and greeting them in a friendly manner.
• Help increase sales by upselling new services and products.
• Do client consultations for various services to inform and sell to clients.
• Prepare and verify files, medical verifications and make sure follow-up calls are made
• Prepare folders, files and photocopies.
• Supervise staff when manager is not present or is busy doing certain managerial duties.
• Answer and clarify client questions, suggestions and complaints.
• Train and coach new and existing staff when new rules and procedures are to be implemented.
• Prepare & plan schedules as well as equipment and tools for Hawkesbury and Casselman treatment centers.
• Prepare monthly inventories according to the clinic's needs.
• Provide laser hair removal and microdermabrasion treatments.
• Assist our plastic surgeon during anti-wrinkle and phlebology treatments while offering superior customer service.
• Open and close the clinic depending on shift worked.

My experience at Epiderma was not great. We were extremely overworked, booking clients outside of the clinic's hours to adhere to their treatment protocols. This resulted in working over 5 days a week often doing 12h or more. The other technicians I worked with were great however upper management really needed some work. We were over worked, there was a high pressure to sell treatments when we had no availabilities to book the clients or even if the clients didn't need it for very little commission. Overall the relationships that I built with the clientele and technicians were amazing and were what made me stay for as long as I did. The training program was very good and I felt comfortable carrying out the treatments once I was seeing clientele. However the stress and horrible work life balance would not make me recommend this place unless you are just starting out.

This company was not a great place to work, as other reviews have mentioned. The work environment felt overbearing, with little flexibility in work hours and a significant amount of overtime expected. Taking sick days was practically impossible without facing judgment or pushback, and the directrice’s poor communication skills and lack of empathy only added to the stress. While the benefits were decent, they didn’t make up for the challenges of the role or the lack of support. I wouldn’t recommend this workplace to others based on my experience.
Lack of parking makes it hard for employees and customers to come also. 
Just too many things going on that need changing.

The skills learned over time.  Connecting with returning clients.

Considering the underwhelming salary,  they expect very high sale quotas

Professional but management do not care for the employees

Provide treatments one after another

Good overall experience , they could work on the structure of the corporation the managment side is hectic , long hours , unstable schedual not many opportunitys of advancement ,Unprofessional staff . Great clientèle , great oppurtunity to practice sales skills but not compensated for it !

Although sales is an important part of running a business this company cares more about $ than their clients and does not care for their employees. There is more than the job description in the contract required, in fact you are often expected to do 2-3 job positions at once.  

The training is fantastic but the management in select locations is unprofessional and bias

Every Epiderma has its own sense of home. We are a big network with a warm feeling. From our extensive training program to our one on one coaching in our clinics, we make sure every employee gets the tools the need to succeed! Benefits are endless and they keep getting better. Worth the investment for a long term career goal. 

You will do everything from services reception and cleaning all by yourself . You only get 30 mins no payed break. Salary is not worth it. Commission is 3%   The stress and disrespect is not worth it   They only care about making a certain about a money a month. And you will be harassing clients with phone calls 

High end services for low end return. Low pay, low quality life/work balance. Not for people who want stable work environnement, but good on the job experience.

Fun workplace but low pay. Managers are very comprehensive and other coworkers also. They pay made me leave. I also wanted a more flexible schedule which wasnt possible
