As account manager and handling 2 provinces in the Philippines, the company provided me all the necessary resources to implement projects and hit our company target. We are encourage to only work within the specified time and days (8 hrs with paid 1 hr break/ mon to fri). Teamwork has been our pillar to have our company exist in years. Innovation of products has been the ultimate practice to compete in the corporate world.

Success at Epson is about great collaboration and "getting things done" attitude! Much of the Canadian work requires aligning with US directives. Some process seems laborious and inefficient; but it works. Respect the process and commit to your best and you will have a wonderful career!

I loved working for Epson at the HQ in Japan, subsidiary in Spain and briefly in Vancouver, BC. Always looking to push the envelope in the sectors that they compete in. Strong management and corporate culture that fosters out of the box thinking. Colleagues were brilliant and supportive when looked upon for advice and guidance.

Great team and wonderful management culture. great feedback process. Flexible hours and very supporting management who always tried to support employees to improve.
