The company is in constant growth and expansion , which can be frustrating at times, but is also positive because there are a lot of small craft breweries that struggle day to day and you always have to worry about layoffs.
The management team has alot of industry experience. High focus on quality and food safety.
There are some less experienced employees that have never worked in manufacturing and you can tell they're expectations don't match reality. These employees have a hard time recognizing all the greatness about this place.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I thought the beer but even that is awful

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The “Operation Manager” and yes it’s in quotes because he does nothing but cause stress. But not his fault, he is in a job way above his human communication skills.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
If you are in the “group” then you will do well. If not, you will be the scape goat for everything.
Knowledge is power and Equals and the “group” does not like giving anyone a wee bit of knowledge.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Berated with group text, chats, phone calls from people that have no clue what they are doing but also think they know what you should be doing.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Employees get free beer and good pay. with overtime available most weeks.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
12 hour shifts are mandatory during the summer due to the increase in sales.  New employees can be hard to train.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment is friendly but requires a high level of commitment to the company.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A normal day is fast paced, and goes by quickly.

Brewing Management, supervisors, and most of senior brewers/cellars are reachable and have patience to explain more than once if needed. 
If you have some problem they much probably will listen to you and if it's something reasonable they'll try to solve or talk to you about it.
Safety is a big concern.
Night shift has a premium wage (it usually was +1$/h), Afternoon shift was +0.5$/h.

Expect two 12 hour days followed by two 12 hour nights in the same week. Say goodbye to your sleep. The packer and shrink wrapper always breakdown and management and maintenance will literally just duct tape it until it falls apart completely. If it's 30 degrees outside it will be 40 degrees inside and you will be sticking your head in to ovens if you are a machine operator.

Incompetent management, ego driven supervisor that will eventually get someone hurt

Culture with your coworkers was geat

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Hurry up an wait machines kept breaking down

There is zero work life balance at this company. They will have you filling multiple roles at the same time with next to no training. No long weekends at this company, employees are expected to work through statutory holidays. Very little job security with layoffs. The company will lay you off and replace you with an agency employee in the blink of an eye

It is super busy even when you are training so it can be difficult to get used to it. Lots of noisy and lots of thing to do. But I thought they were nice people at least.
