This place is an absolute mess. Coworkers on the same platform of job duty are all very nice people and pleasant to work with. Management does not care about employees. Constant feeling of no appreciation, being overworked (10+ hours per day), and battles with other areas of the dealership. Certain managers cant handle stresses of their job and will take it out on employees on a daily basis, while others walk past you straight and dont even have the courtesy to reply when you say good morning. Some management members cannot multi-task or handle the duties they are responsible for but they are quick to point fingers at employees when we seek help. Unworkable conditions, dealership is full of safety hazards. After working here i had a strong sense of defeat seeing how heartless upper management can be in the world because they genuinely DO NOT CARE about any employees. All they care about is penny pinching and making money, they dont care who they have to walk over to do it and its disgusting. They will hold you responsible for 3 or 4 other jobs and not offer you any incentives. Grossly underpaid for the job expected, salary and benefits are no where near up to par.

This job is difficult but still rewarding! The job itself is rather hard, depending on what you're doing, but most of the managers are respectable people. They also have mandatory employer training to keep the managers under control which is a good thing.

What I did was vehicle detailing, valeting, and car delivery from the detail bay to the actual dealership itself. This is a job I really liked, but after a while, I felt it was time to go elsewhere. I liked the culture, my coworkers and the ability to work as a team. And of course, the fact I got to drive some VERY nice cars! What I didn't like was the fast pace of this job. There were also a few managers and coworkers that were difficult to work with, and there's also a high turnover rate (too many people leaving) which is one of the reasons I left.

I would still recommend this job because it's a challenging job that makes you think. There are cons like any other job, but I think the good outweighs the bad. You get to meet interesting, outgoing people, and maybe drive some beautiful cars (Lexus)

Working at Erin Park Toyota has been a great experience and an important part of my professional growth in the automotive trade. The dealership has a very supportive and organized environment where everyone—from technicians to management—works as a team. The shop is clean, well-equipped, and follows high safety and quality standards, which makes every job smoother and more efficient. I learned a lot from experienced technicians and service advisors who were always willing to share their knowledge and help me develop my skills. The management is approachable and genuinely cares about employee progress and customer satisfaction. Erin Park Toyota provides good opportunities for training and growth, especially for apprentices who want to build a strong foundation in the automotive industry. Overall, it’s a great place to work and gain real hands-on experience while being part of a professional and friendly team.

Company lacks safety protocols for staff members 
No safety barriers at advisor desk, lack of pre screening for covid symptoms of team members.
From day one the charge you for your uniforms.
Staff have to pay for offsite parking monthly winter time is 
Dangerous with ice company does not care to do anything about.  Expect no raise after many years of service or paid sick days if not feeling well. Co workers only good thing about the company, management lack personality and never say good morning or care for well being of staff. Company is revolving door for team members coming and many leaving only after few months. Company should look at not keeping ex employees pictures on social media page as well. 
Avoid working here at all cost and save yourself the stress. Company philosophy is profit over its people 


Open 6 days a week Mon-Thurs 7:30am- 7:00pm, Friday 7:30am-5:30pm, Saturday 8:00am- 4:00pm Hours when I was employed there were longer(opened at 7:00am and stayed open mon-thurs
till 9;00pm). Here I perfected my customer service and CSI skills under the direction of a terrific management team who lent their support whenever needed unconditionally. Fellow staff were awesome in their zeal and passion for the product and its clientielle base. A high percentage of the Service Patrons were very pleasant
and loyal to us and it was in our best interest to honour that loyalty by providing a customer service experience par excellence.

most managers are there for long time in cluding HR so style is very stagnant and outdated i believe it can become great place to work if new blood is infused in management as these managers are doing more damage to company than benefit SO definitely a complete management change is necessary so that employees feel welcomed , respected and included in decions making 

From top to bottom people sitting in management are all scammers, You will pay more money to them while working for them, Funny part is you can't even opt out from their benefits, They force it on you and if you refuse to take it they will just terminate you, or if they want to talk to you over phone and for some reasons you can't they will write you a termination letter. I am taking them to MINISTRY OF LABOUR, but unfortunately this won't be the first time they'll get S#^! faced. Over all not at all a place you want to be.

I love that I am able to come in everyday and know exactly what I am doing and if I did require assistance it's only a desk or a call away. I am able to work independently and enjoy the fact that I know that several people are depending on me to do my job efficiently. Also that I am able to assist with anything the ministry needs as well as do last minute licensing for long-time customers of the dealership.

Working at Erin Park has been a fantastic experience.  Everyone genuinely cares about one another and it is a fun and energetic work environment.  Everyone is always smiling and happy to help guests and other staff members in any way they can. 
Had it not been for purchasing a home three hours away, I definitely could have seen myself with the Erin Park family for many more years to come.  They offered me a number of opportunities and really support the personal and professional development of their team members.
