It was a good place to be employed.  They listened to the workers' feedback about different jobs/tasks and worked with them to improve the process. Basically they worked with the workers and not against them.  There wasn't really anything difficult about working there.  The most enjoyable part about working there was the community aspect of the company.

I had a great experience working at ENGNA.  travelled a lot to shows across North America, met a lot of great people trying to do the right thing.  Management has their focus in the wrong place and grew way too fast way too big which led to their demise in Canada.
I wish the new management success and to a successful return to the North American market with some great coaches.

My Overall review of the company is that it was a great company, I enjoyed working their with my friends working with wood to make cabinets and also on the side as equipment managers. It was just every unfortunately that the company went bankrupt but now I’m ready to move on to a new work journey.

Its unfortunate that this company is not currently viable as it was a great place to go to work every day.
The new and exciting programs being developed in the service and warranty group were challenging but very rewarding and the hard working, dedicated teams I had the pleasure of working with made it even better.

This job was a great job unfortunately because of the company dealings in the courthouse everybody lost their job on family day and I feel bad for the people that work there

overall was a good and fun place to work at. learned a lot about the job and myself as an individual. easy to make friends there. work environment kept everyone going as people would laugh and joke about all the serious and non- serious aspects of the job and other irrelevant things.

This company went bankrupt due to horrible management decisions and a seemingly endless budget for huge debts with no limits in sight. They had absolutely no control over the employees who would rarely work beyond the pace of a sloth which is an insult to sloths.Therefore this review is irrelevant.

while i was working there: Management wouldn't listen to employee's recommendations. Always wanted to push the product out without considering the quality. Some nice people there but moral was low, negative environment. 
They're under new ownership now and i have no information.

this was a great company till some people decided to take to recevership great people that were just like family great job to make vans to camp in the workplace was clean the hardest job was when there was deadlines to be done and not find out till tha day it was to be done

it was a great place to work until it was discovered that the leadership team falsified the books causing the company to go into receivership.
