What can I say. Pretty much what everyone else has said. I think this place was a great place to learn and has huge potential to be a great place to work but they just dont pay very well. I took the experience I gained from working there and ran with it. I will never put them down as they put me through my appreciship and I am forever gratefull of that. It is very hard to find a company these days to sign you up as an apprentice.  I think if they just paid a little better and maby gave a little overtime to people that want it they would have less people leaving all the time. As far as management  goes I never had an issue they were all great.

What is the best part of working at the company?
During my time there I was satisfied with the supervisor,leadhands and senior toolmakers in the tool repair side of the company

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working 5 days a week their 4 - 10 hour days were great. Getting some dies off the racks were tight untill you get a bit of experience 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good environment, keep an open mind. Your not there to make friends your there to work

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
If you put the effort in the day went ok. Do your best ask questions if in doubt

Good place to work.
No rotating shift. 
8 hour shift with paid break of (10 + 20) minutes.
Come on time leave on time. 
No worry of overtime as they run 3 shifts on weekdays. If they want to run overtime on weekends they will ask for availability. 
Co-workers are helpful. Most of them are working there for many years. I have seen people retiring after working 20 years here.
Good group benefits (life insurance, dental, prescription medicine)which cover employees and their family.


Incredibly disorganized. Priorities are messed up. Leaders do not care about workers at all. There focus is entirely on promoting or protecting themselves. Manager will not take responsibility for anything he does and will deflect responsibility on other people. It became too rediculous to work there with any self dignity.

supervisor on days in the press shop is nothing but a micro manager. No people skills what so ever. He makes you feel small and he makes you feel uncomfortable.

The job is OK IG you live in Newmarket or like to commute.  Not nearly enough time for training

I finished my apprenticeship at Eurospec. I saw a lot of tooling and proto types there. worked with some of the best tool makers I have ever known, and we all learned from each other. We had a great team and I enjoyed working there.

The environment was solid and welcoming. Got all my questions answered, and appreciated all the skilled training that was offered.

Would work there again, if I did not have to move to do so.

Not very good, use and abuse is their theme.
I would not recommend to anyone, there are much better places to work, nothing good to offer, really wasting your time, don't even try it, just find something else. Many better places to work right now.

Like mentioned in previous reviews, you are expected to work in dangerous conditions, with very little breaks in between at a very low wage.
