Think before pursuing an opportunity in Sales/BD here. If you are doing good in current job then let me tell you think 10 times !!  Your future is completely dependent on Line Manager, and face value and very less by performance.
Unfortunately there would be hardly anyone capable (empowered) of making any positive changes. Internal struggles of company heirarchy.
If you are smart read between lines and stay away from stress. Count on my review.

Great products, vey poorly managed in Canada. No sense of direction, old culture not yet in the 21rst Century. 
Bottom line, some good people doing their best but no real leadership and desire to strive to be the best. 
No sense of unity or cohesion; some people do their own thing and/or whatever they want regardless of company poorly define goals.

BE-ware don't fall for for this! If you have a job already, think twice before switching to this one ; think about your family, this job is a complete blunder and can make you sign up for anything, even if you don't agree (then you might be terminated). This job is definitely not worth anything to lose for.

Very high attrition is usually a sign that something is not right with an organization. The company has a great reputation globally but the Canadian division is very poorly managed. The decision makers are based in Québec but they seem to have no idea what the rest of the team is actually doing. 

Great place to learn Welding Alloys and Thermal Spray. What you learn is not taught in any Tech School.
Exciting place to work, very hands on.
Job experience second to none!

They know where the problem is and who the problem is but dont want to solve it. Toxic environment, stay away!  They will manipulate you for no reason, control freek Sales head

Nice to work for a global company with opportunities to travel and work in almost every country.  Very multi-cultural.  Being a large company  the R&D department always strived to come out with the best products in their field.

was there thru a temp agy for 10 months- never given full time preference after 3 months. Culture clash-. they hire their own kind even if they cant speak english. pathetic place to work for

Managers were helpful and took time to explain things. Downside is the safety and cleanliness of the production area. Working around those materials may give headache even with PPE
