helping to support international students and single moms has been very refreshing as well. 
Students are accepted at lower level and higher levels depending on program, and it really gives a chance for many international and new immigrants with PR's to get their foot in the door of Ontario. It is relaxed and busy enough, management is supportive and openminded to new ideas presented. No hierarchy or feeling of it, its mostly approval system of Hierarchy no one treats you like less, much more team structured and support. 

I would like people to remember; there is more than one branch and not all branches are created equally. 
The branch I work at is in Oakville. The management team is flexible and friendly. There is opportunity for growth. Salary starts on the small side, but goes up as time passes and more responsibilities are added. Most of the people are great to work with. Good atmosphere. Building could use a little work, but other than that, no real complaints. Management understands that schedules may have to get rearranged based on situations.

I am happy to work over here. The ptogram coordinator helps me in each anf every step from the beginning.Julia is a great CEO. I can work here indepedently. I usually makes my classroom plan and add more contents to the MOA program. I am getting chance to share my knowledge,skill and judgement to the students. They are very professional regarding the student placement.They always give payment on time.

The management of the college is unprofessional and deceptive. 
They deceive the students and the teachers/instructors. Moral is very low!
Turn over the instructors are huge! They change them every 6-8 months, which is so stressful for the students. 
Money is the main motivator of the management. 
Their Career manager is an idle-woman, who creates useless policies and workshops, refusing to provide usual career services. 
The students are disappointing and frustrated!

Unfortunately, I must give this job a terrible review. The management treats the staff terribly. The pay, is a joke, for the work you do.

I am so saddened by this corporation that preys on new immigrants. I was told by the owner to try and accept students with low English scores, setting them up for failure when they came to Canada. The owners just care about money. 

Please avoid at all costs for your own mental health.

Long hours you do not get paid for. Unorganized management. Unreliable. If it is your first job or if you are a new comer looking for a job, this might be a good place to start. But start applying elsewhere as soon as you can. Campus is very old and very unorganized. All the equipments there are outdated. The turnover rate of employment is horrible. They do not value their employees. Would not recommend working for this company.

On my first day with evergreen college I was amaze because they treat me well, but when time passed by the management show me their behavior. The management is only looking for their interest and not for the employee. Rampant politics on the management side and no job security, every single week there's a employee dismissal and huge number of resignation.

Getting to meet students from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Driving to different places for placement visitation

Great work environment and culture 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Delivery of learning materials in the area of early childhood education

Very good and understanding management style, while remaining results oriented.

Meetings are conducted in a productive way that put each one at ease and encourage communication by Din and Julia

All the best to this fantastic management team and I am certain that Evergreen is one of the best colleges in Canada

I taught the evening class and had the opportunity to meet students from different background.
I enjoyed my time teaching at Evergreen College and would love to go back and teach again if offered a salary commensurate to my knowledge, skill and experience.
