I enjoy working with the team.  I have always felt at home and like I am part of something very speical.  I am supported by my coworkers, and the admin/ management teams.  Technology and Innovation are valued by the company, meaning there are great computer programs, and safety equipment for everyone.  Over bed lifts are mounted in every room.  Education is encouraged and often provided on site.  Music is a big part of the culture, and it is encouraged to be part of the daily routine where ever possible.

Loved working with residents, but management has no idea what goes on or doesn't care to ,concerns not addressed, loyal employees expected to work regardless ,new staff coming which are usually related to someone in management can pick and choose what shifts they want and are allowed to get away with just about anything. Way to much decision making left to co workers and not management. 

Been there since 2019.Most of the residents are nice ,workload is not bad but high salary compare to other nursing home.Probably the best place to work in Valley if you’re looking for long term care facility. DON and ADON are very nice too. Lot of parking space. 
They just need to have strict rules on sick calls. But overall it’s a nice workplace.

Management is not great and communication is poor. Worked there as a student over the summer and eventually had to get a new job because they Just stopped giving me shifts. They would also give me a shift and take it away from me because I was only a causal which I was never told was a thing until after I quit. 

my co-workers were great. i loved the kids. management had a lot of favortisim. I loved taking the kids and doing activities with them. I learned a lot about the many different disorders that affect children.

They have some bullies there and some hard to work with.supervisors easy to talk to but the higher up staff get bossy with new worker and don’t give the a chance at all.

Lots of drama and gossiping especially with the older employees, people like to throw seniority in your face, no repercussions for people calling in sick so often, work you like a dog etc

I left thete many times in tears.
I watched many people gang up in groups to bully one individual or prevent them from taking a break and refusing them to take time to eat.

I enjoyed volunteering, the staff were very pleasant. when I volunteered at Evergreen, I would play cards with the residents and sometimes just go in to socialize.

This is a good place to work but it seems that the people there have been there at least 20n years not much opportunity for new workers or advancement.
