As someone who has been a part of Evolution for over 4.5 years, I feel compelled to share my own experience working with this company. I joined Evolution as a part-time student, completely new to the workforce. From the very beginning, I was welcomed with open arms and provided with ample support and guidance. The flexible working hours allowed me to balance my studies while gaining invaluable experience in a professional environment. One of the things that sets Evolution apart is the enjoyable and dynamic work culture. What keeps me engaged and motivated after all these years is the constant opportunity for learning and growth. Evolution encourages employees to take on new challenges and expand their skill sets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.  I am proud to be a part of this team and grateful for the opportunities it has provided me. In conclusion, if you're considering joining Evolution, I highly encourage you to look beyond the rumors and give it a chance. You may just find, like I did, that it's a fantastic place to work with plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development.

Evolution is a good place to work in BC during the week from Mon to Fri for an 8-hour shift. The working hours are best to use public transportation because they work from 8-4.30 pm.  Work is easy to handle because there is no heavy lifting like other warehouse jobs. The system and process are well established to manage the warehouse operation and provide necessary training for employees where necessary. Management recognizes the good work of the employee and provides feedback for improvements. Working culture is best because the leads are available for support staff and equal opportunity for everyone. There is a good performance evaluation process to measure the progress for the next level of employment.  Staff will be notified of their shift prior through the system and the manager is available to answer questions related to the shift or work.  I am happy to work with Evolution because my future is clear with their goals due to appropriate training and coaching at work.

Evolution has been a great place to work. 
Management and ownership actually care about the staff. 
there is room for advancement in each department, but know that you do need to put in the work. 

i've seen people that  think that just because they've been working  longer, that they deserve a raise or promotion, however they don't realize that mediocrity is not rewarded. Just like any job at any company, you can't do the bare minimum and expect to be recognized positively for it. 

the work at the Evolution warehouse is probably some of the easiest warehouse work ive experienced.  The hardest part of the job is probably, the 10-15 min walk from the bus stop. 

Just like any business, they have targets to hit. if you are consistently hitting them, you will be rewarded/recognized


Avoid working here at any cost. Heavily toxic Work Culture. Pay is well below industry par. Management has zero focus on people and they just want the work done at any cost. Primitive processes although the management is in the view that they run a state of art warehouse. 
Lack of trust on employees, playing the favorites
Poor planning of work shifts
No information/knowledge on how work is going to come / rotating people between buildings very frequently/ force staying at home 
Lack of training
Always watching at people suspiciously finding reasons to fire / terminate. 
Zero people management policies. 
Less educated management running the company based on experience centered around this company. 

As most jobs go, it's a good place to start. A lot of policies they say they have are not met by the actions of management and if you're a lower level employee, it often feels a lot like you aren't heard by management at all. Advancement is something you're told you can have if you work hard, but generally the company hires outsiders into upper level positions without the workers even knowing there is a position open. Pay depends on your role in the company as one would expect, but is usually low for industry standard. If you're coming to this company for any more than having a job, then keep your expectations neutral


I was a picker before ,I left when my school got so busy and I couldn't keep up. I joined back and have been working full time for more than one year now.
Good place to work . They crossed training me on packing / receiving so I gained many experience. 
Management are really nice and supportive. Learning a lot from Leads and my Manager. 
Coworkers are friendly, Warehouse department work and care for each other like family.
I definitely will continue working and build my career here. 



I have been working at Evolution for over 2 years, we have a pleasant environment to perform our duties and the company offers training for all new tasks.

An important aspect is the daily meetings at the beginning of the day when we know what will be done that day and have the opportunity to say what we disagree about the tasks. Another positive point is the discounts on some brands that the company offers to employees.

For me, the only negative point is that the location is far from my home, but I just want to thank all the support that the company offers us.

No career advancement at all - will do the same pick / pack for years if you stay
Favourism 
Management doesn't trust employees
Work is not consistent
No fun at workplace - just stringent controls 
No team work - people just do their own work and go home
Labor turnover is very high due to no job satisfaction
Tendency to get fired even for small mistakes 


Working culture is so hard lot of processes every time changing. 
Lots of favoritism all over the company specially warehouse manager and some building leads. (I don't like to mention their names) Some staff members has minor works everyday (Same countries or something) and some staff members has hard works everyday. That is not good for a company. Very less payment comparing with other companies. This job is good for starting only. 
Sometime very less works.
You can't promote in this company if you are not in their favorite list.

 I started as a picker then they also trained me in packing, receiving, and inventory. This company is great to work for. I have worked in this company for nearly two years, but now for some personal reason, I had to leave. I learned a lot while working in this company. They gave me flexible working hours during my studies. The best thing is the coworkers and management team who always motivate you and never let you get bored even the owner of the company, she is the sweetest lady. Thanks to all and lots of love.
