- 12hr work day will consist of numerous facility failures from mechanical to staff oriented , high levels of stress due to poor management as well as building / mechanical breakdowns , Most if not all departments lack many if not most of the tools they need to safely and properly complete shift tasks . Often will have a larger work load than necessary due to the hiring of many unambitious undriven laborers / employees. Questionable ethics

High pace.takes time to keep up.people quit but once your on to it,the job is ok

I will be honest dirty dusty place.12hr shifts are ok.when you leave you are dirty

Typical day is go go go go go.never stops.

Pressure, doing others job , watch ones get away with doing nothing because favouritism rights given to them. Management watching over you all day making you work harder

Evolve is a one man show, it is not run as a company, but as a factory where one man decide how things are done based on how he feels, there are no laid down policies, processes and procedures, the factory is run by the wimps and caprices of one man. The staff turn over is high, if you want to live long, avoid this company, stress level is high, working environment on the production area is putrid, very high health hazard. 

The guys are great to work with and help you if needed  supervisors are great as well but the office management is a whole other story if the Human Resource lady doesn’t like you she will be sure to push you out no matter what also be prepared for fires as well and very dirty work and cold in the winter as well if you can take all that it’s a good job

Average factory setting with lot's to do, unless a machine goes down.
Pretty straight forward work in all areas.
Air quality is horrible and the sound is deafening but that's what to expect in manufacturing.

As a driver I've worked at many places. None in 25 years of driving have ever asked to circumvent or bend safety rules of the road as often. I do not recommend this employer unless you are desperate. 

The place is always really filthy, and it smells terrible so much you get black stuck in your nose and little metal pieces in your boots, the management need to be replaced as they are very hard to work
