Working at Excel Transportation as a warehouse stocker was both productive and enjoyable. The fast-paced environment kept me engaged, as I efficiently managed inventory, ensuring everything was in its right place. I took pride in maintaining a well-organized warehouse, which contributed to the smooth flow of operations and timely shipments.

One of the most rewarding aspects was the camaraderie among the team. We worked hard, but there was always room for humor and friendly banter, making the days go by quickly. The hands-on work and problem-solving opportunities allowed me to continuously learn and improve my skills. 

The company’s commitment to safety and efficiency aligned with my values, and I appreciated being part of a team that shared the same dedication. Overall, my time at Excel Transportation was a blend of hard work, team spirit, and personal growth, making it a memorable experience.

Horrible  place to work. Toxic and degrading. I was hired as a clerk for the warehouse office and spent more time on the forklift being yelled at even though I was  given no guidance or instruction. The staff are all miserable, unhappy and are constantly complaining about each other. They have no idea how to train  a new employee and then you get degraded and yelled at because you are not learning the job. They consistently left me standing doing nothing while they rushed through the work so they could leave early.  Their expectations are ridiculous.... learn more than one job so they can save money (exact words of the operations manager).  I was let go after one month because I didn't "meet their expecations".  No training,  no support, no guidance, TOXIC AND UNHEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENT. DO NOT APPLY!

A small company that is owned by a large transportation conglomerate. What you end up with is a work environment with poor management, limited to no mentorship and a complete lack of direction and guidance. Second to that, was the utter lack of respect and extreme micromanaging foisted on the staff by the management. This included bullying, favouritism and unrealistic expectations placed on a chronically understaffed workforce. Add on higher expectations placed upon the good workers while allowing the inept and incompetent staff to fly under the radar ( in some cases due to extreme nepotism) and you have a recipe for failure.

A day work in Excel is facing the computer and dealing with lots people for their freight.You will learned how to transact and deal with customers and closing it.  Excel is the worst company I've ever work with . It's like a nightmare to me. The first time i was bullied at work and the management didn't do anything. It seems everybody doesn't care much to each other and just pretend you are non existent. The hardest part of the job is trying to monitor your freight and explain to the customer what happened until it will be delivered. The most enjoyable part of the job was  when i'm already getting back the old clients and giving them good sales around $40,000-50,000/month..

I enjoy working here, the people are nice and friendly. I pick product  and put product away, stage product for loading.  I work alone on my account, there are two shifts days and afternoons I am on the day shift and some times there is a lot of work but I enjoy doing it,l hate to just be sitting around I have to keep busy.

Managers and owner are very verbally violent people.   Intimidate you no matter how hard you work.  Impossible to get a raise or praise.  Just over all negative people and environment..

We can work full time and sleep in our own beds at home every night. The best part of the job is the freedom of being on the road and being a part of a diverse assortment of forestry related operations.

Don't work there no future at all There is no diversity at all and everyone talks about eachother stay far away. The office employees think little of warehouse employee there 
Was a  constant battle to be appreciated. 



Most trainers are reasonable but others are just there to point out mistakes not ready to share their  knowledge. Unfortunately, the useless trainers  who can even sleep in passenger seat, are the ones who are well listen by management to say the least.

bring sawdust to oil field getting cutting out of it ! operate hoe and loader to fill the truck in and out the oilfield. i was working with good persons and enjoy my work there
