Experior Financial Group is a full brokerage financial services company. I have expanded my knowledge of finance in being exposed to products such as portfolio investments, T.F.S.A.,R.R.S.P., annuities various whole life and term insurances.
My fellow team mates were very supportive and assisted each other when challenges arose that needed experienced input from those who were more knowledgeable.
Management insisted on high productivity and integrity. It was managements commitment that productivity should not come at the cost of giving up one's integrity.
Meeting people and sharing their satisfaction in having a financial solution worked out for them, which is my high point of knowing that a job was well done.
There were challenges I faced at times, such as being  unable to find an appropriate solution that fitted  a clients limited budget. Clients at times ignored advice and got themselves into complicated situations.
A typical day is dealing with priority matters, usually making phone calls, then traveling to meet potential clients. A part of a typical work day involves completing and sending off paper work to be processed.

Daily training on topics such as mindset, product knowledge, making calls to previous and new clients and follow up on pending business.
Our management team is always there to help us with issues we may have or even things we may not be sure of. Everyday is a different day but we all are there to help each other in best way we can. Though there is work to be done it definitely is a fun environment, friendly people and team players. It's tough building the business when you are new in the industry but being around people who have already built a business at Experior is a great reassurance that it can be done with the right people. In all I do have to say even the CEO and the president are amazing people who put their people and clients before the dollar sign 

I have been working at Experior Head Office for almost two years now in various roles. I have moved around a bit in terms of my position, this company is good at looking at who they already have before looking to start hiring from outside. 

I really have no complaints, I have generally good interactions with the staff here and my job isn't stressful.

The most enjoyable part of my job is resolving an IT issue and letting the employee get back to their work faster and smarter.

The hardest part of the job is perfecting the media that we produce, it is the most finicky aspect but I still enjoy it.

1) They charge an upfront "sign-up" fee of $150, then a montly fee for "access to their system" which other MGA's provide for free.  2) They pay less commission and overrides than traditional MGA's (by splitting it with up-lines who don't do anything to earn it); and 3) they say they have a full product line, but they actually have preferred contracts with only a few carriers, and push their agents and clients to deal with those companies - even when there are better choices with another carrier.  If you are looking to be an insurance agent, find someone with integrity and experience you can learn from.

Very forward on expectations, goal oriented and giving firm. Support second to none. Training up to 5 days week in the office and ongoing field training. Relationship with each other and the many partners they contract too are solid. The family like atmosphere, the trustworthiness of the leadership team creates a great working environment.
Being a young company, many growing pains. Lots of room to grow. Takes a lot of effort to keep up with the forever changes, but with the 100 plus years of experience-they have what it takes to reach for the skies..!

Worked for this company for more than 2 years and I can no longer be part of something that has a reputation of being a MLM company with a number of my former peers getting complaints for aggressive recruiting and unethical practices. They promise the world and they are highly trained with presentations in order to lure in future part-time or full-time agents. The reg flag here is if the Advisors can recruit themselves then it is a MLM/pyramid scheme.

If you are new to the industry it is easy to start with Experior. Tons of Mentorship and Training so you know about selling insurance and other products. Vision driven Leadership. Help with getting licensed in the industry. 100% commission so if you're good at sales this is a wonderful company for that.

Experior is a company that cares about their Staff, Agents and Clients. It's a fun atmosphere, the staff are great and the management team is positive and always open to hearing from us. The workload is fast paced, a collaborative team environment and management is flexible. They provide a stocked fridge every week, a ping pong table to enjoy during breaks and countless other ways to show employee appreciation. Experior is an awesome place to work!

Experior is a great company, They are growing fast and that is because Jamie and Lee-anne are amazing people that care about each and every advisor they have on board with them. They believe that everyone has a place and that no matter what everyone is to be treated like they belong and they DO NOT TOLERATE talking bad about other advisors.
