Waking up every morning and being happy to go to work to see your colleagues and knowing you won't be bored all day at work. To me this is a precious thing. 

A typical day for me would be : 
Arrive at work, check my emails and answer the easiest ones. Once done, I would deal with the other emails which would need assistance from other teams in Toronto or in the US.
the rest of my day would consist in track the current hires and check on the consultant documents, the system set up, edit contracts.

It was a win win relationship between management and the team. "Work hard, play harder" is the best definition I can give of this company. 

What I learned is team building and team spirit. I grow a lot in maturity and how to manage the relationship with co-workers.

The hardest part of the job was the amount of work. My organization skill got better after my 3 years with Experis.
What I liked the most was the possibility to travel to Toronto every 2 months to work with my colleagues at the Head Office. I also liked to be in contact with consultants and clients and feel that the company I was working with trusted me.

My typical day at Experis consisted of sourcing for IT, engineering and finance consultants, pipelining for present and future client needs and generating daily and ad hoc recruitment metrics reports for my director and the lead recruiter. I had previously recruited for industrial and event coordination and presentation staff but sourcing top IT talent with unique skills is a different ball game altogether because their supplies are lower than the demand. This was the most difficult challenge that I faced in this role and one of the ways I overcame this obstacle was by exploring social media. God bless LinkedIn and Facebook! I learned a lot about how to utilize technology to my advantage and get to the right people.

The best parts of the job were being able to understand consultants during phone interview sessions and securing interviews for consultants with hiring managers. It gave me immense satisfaction knowing that I could help another person get one step closer to their dream job.

Was a very good place to work, the team was great and our direct Manager was amazing, we were very much encouraged by our direct Managers,

Other managers on the sales side constantly  threatened our jobs.. (thinly veiled threats about losing our jobs which eventually happened)..Too many unnecessary meetings that could have been done by phone taking away from production time. but overall a good environment.

The client that I worked was good but not the Experis.

When you are hired then you are promised with several things but once you are on assignment then you are not likely to get all what you have been promised.
Bad placement assistance.

Team is exciting and it feels pleasure to work there but their expectations are high. Politics in management. Although work hours 9 to 5, they expect you to stay longer. They consider the employees who are staying longer are dedicated and the ones who leave on time are not serious despite your better performance.

Work culture and management at experis is one of the worst i've ever seen, they don't value their employees, the management is really in your face and tons of micro management. They like to hire fresh grads and pay them little to nothing and like treat employees like trash

Culture is just toxic. Very common for people to feel disconnected with their teams. Management doesn't understand much about corporate culture, doesn't care to know it's people. Everyone just keeping they head above the water lol 

Working at Experis Canada was an excellent experience for me. I would highly recommend Experis as an employer for anyone who is willing to reap the benefits of hard work.

Project team was awesome to work with - always available for advice and consultation as required.  We could always bounce ideas back and forth to find solutions.

Great work environment, great culture and supportive leadership. You have all the tools necessary to succeed in your role and there is no management.
