What is the best part of working at the company?
It's nice because most of the boss they are friendly and it's easy job.  Try to come and work with us . It's more good for people work flexible not choosy of work field. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Its stress if u allow the stress in your brain. But if you motivate to yourself that u can do it. Everything would be fine. Believe in yourself and be discipline for time and work ethic 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
We are international different people in different countries,  so u gonna met them most employee was from Africa,  Haiti , Iranians  and Morocco it was majority .other countries is few. Us long as you know how to be polite to them , they gonna be ok to u

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I'm a morning shift but if u work other department you have different time. And we have evening shifts too

Work started at 7.am and finished at 3.pm but go up to 5 pm depending on the product. The job was to skew meat,  pork,  chicken.  There was a target to meet every day as to the number of packets of skewers made every day. I always went above and target.
     I really learn to work  at a fast pace and under pressure .
   I had a very good relationship with my co-workers and never had any problems with them. 
 I never experienced any thing difficult with the job.
The most enjoying part was to be able to cut the meat in cubes using a knife  and skew them to have the same weight.

Expresco is a fun and challenging place to work depending on your unit. QA department was fun yet challenging for me (I like that). The QA team and HR were really supportive and you can ask them whatever you do not understand. The president can either be fun or annoying depending on his mood. Overall, Expresco Foods Inc. is a nice place to work!

ExprescoFoods is a family oriented, loyal & caring company. They believe in you and give you every tool to succeed. 
Every colleague of mine is great and I love working with them, they are helpful and welcoming and make you feel like a day at work is very enjoyable.


Nice place to begin your career ,learn food safety principles,communication with employees possess different cultural background,located in good area to be reached if you live in Montréal


The managers and supervisors , don't known anything's about the daily programs and can't make a best decision ...
Work is under pressure , without to consider of personal conditions , physically or anything's .

Payroll problems...
Staff doesn't care... 
No support.... Learn as you go...
It's in a cold environment so make sure you dress warm because the equipment they offer isn't much. 

has a lovely president and has an expert team of management. 6 days of week working is a mandatory ( depends on the department) but they respect the employees and the rte of salary is reasonable .

Very bad environment,, management by terror. The president’s behaviour is unacceptable. No one cares. Health and safety is very bad managed. One incident each week.
