While it started out as a positive experience in a great work environment deteriorated over the years as the management of the company changed.
People are constantly in fear of layoffs and are massively over-worked.  Management styles can be very confrontational and negative.  Unreasonable demands are common, and you are expected to put in whatever hours they deem necessary with little thanks or reward.

When I started, I moved up through the ranks quickly and felt rewarded and necessary.  The atmosphere was positive, receptive to new ideas and approaches and, overall, made FNF a good place to work.
My job consisted of learning about different areas of mortgages, home appraisals, etc, and training others on same as well as on use of software.  I thoroughly enjoyed creating training manuals and courses, even with limitations as to the available software to use. Another very enjoyable part of my job was identifying solutions to issues or coming up with productivity improvements

Leaving the company after 9 years was difficult, but necessary. With a change in bosses and a subsequent change in department attitude,  the job became a lot more stressful and very political.  Salaries were unfair, with some people getting paid much less for the same job, and the difference could not be accounted for based on experience or results.

I will not recommend to middle-aged/mature person looking for job security. Company depends to real estate market. When rules or market changes, expect layoffs or unhappy employees for doing 3 person job because not enough workforce or unable to hire more. 

Folks that work there are the friendliest, HR and managers are very accommodating especially if you need special hours to work. Upper management could improve style towards handling their employees. Everyone's committed to excellence and achieving goals, great but sometimes neglects to retain proper values in order to get there.

Company is very goal oriented and all about change and innovation. Great company to work with if you want to expand your portfolio. However if you have health issues, or all about work-life-balance, this is not for you.

There aren’t a best part. I hated working here

They treat you like slaves. Always watching over you. There is zero freedom 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very bad, military. All the white folks hold the executive positions while immigrants hold the low level positions.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Can’t wait to get out of the building. Such a unhappy environment to work in

Pros:
-Has a highly collaborative environment
-Provides a safe and patient environment for growth
-Leadership team is friendly and approachable, you can communicate with them directly
-Does not have much red-tape

Cons:
-Compensation is lower than benchmark
-Has limited growth opportunities
-Work-life balance can be challenging without active capacity management
-Lack of company structure, can be chaotic

Company has an amicable work environment with wonderful team and colleagues. Company constantly works on improving efficiencies which is great but at times could also get challenging to reach up to the bar set so high.

Exciting, demanding and fun place to work.  A typical day at work was extremely busy and productive.  Time management was tested daily with several clients and deadlines to meet. Time went by very fast. This job gave me many opportunities to further my experience in the Collections industry. Great company to work for.

Often worked alone, being able to multitask is a must. I have grown through my work experience, i was given the opportunity to train a new member. My overall experience with the company was great, I learned a great deal about myself and my capabilities within a fortune 500 industry.

This was an extremely fast paced company to work for. each of our branches were given target numbers which they had to meet each month; as month end approached, the intensity increased. You were responsible to many different financial branches and would at times complete up to 300 mortgages within the last three days of each month.

Phenomenal place to work, everyone who is here has been here for years and it feels more like a family then a company. Great environment with people who work and care about their colleagues. Competitive but not overly,  great place to work regardless of age. I am in awe everyday I go to work, in the best possible way.

Great place to work if you are looking to gain administrative and Real Estate experience in a fast-paced environment.  Management is always looking to create fun ways to celebrate holidays. The summer months are every busy and a lot of over time is available.
