Managing day-to-day operations is the most demanding and important part of the job curriculum. Various project activities of  complex projects as Special Fleet, Auction Quality Program, Business plan paralytics, Automotive Re-marketing Service Program and other operational processes of the Ford Re-marketing Operations Center are crucial to achieve the targeted goals of the department and company. 

The excitement of the job is to overcome challenges and the chance to take responsibility. In order to overcome the challenges a methodical and precise approach is needed to deliver the information and the service that company could rely upon.

The work itself can be interesting and there are opportunities to develop credit and lending experience however work-life balance is poor and attendance expectations can feel inflexible even when absences are minimal and legitimate. Compensation is below market compared to similar roles in the industry and recent forced return-to-office requirements significantly reduced the flexibility that was originally advertised when many employees were hired. Overall, this role may be a fit for some, but those prioritizing flexibility, competitive pay and a supportive work environment may want to consider other options.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I got too build cars for a company for over 30 years wich my father sold cars for same company for over 30 years are dedication too that company was outstanding 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I worked shift work so that was hard on the body and physical  job in the early years

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
All and all very positive we took pride in building those cars

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Early rise get your work done and smile when u can

Dog eat dog. Colleagues that stab you in the back. Pack of union members who don't think they should have to work. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. But make money and then run away and try to forget that you ever worked there. Super's who don't know their jobs. Nepotism everywhere whole families of losers work there from management to labor they are everywhere.

Fun environment to work. Everyone helps each other out when needed or asked upon. Great place to learn and get certified for courses being given online to become master tech certified.
Hardest part of the job is me traveling 1hr every morning & night for work. But all in all, great place & company to work for.

Great environment with friendly staff and management. excellent benefits and work schedules. Flex plans that work around family life. Holidays are plentiful with a week off every Christmas. upper management was always supportive and worked with you to resolve all work concerns

Ford has give me the opportunity to learn and to be use my knowledge and potential to the fullest. I was giving the opportunity to lead and to teach other trades { EL,PF,MR, MILL}in every day preventive maintenance and repairs,how to keep the total preventive maintenance the priority and to do our work safe

Worked customer service for the warranty department.  Answered telephones and helped people with warranty issues. Great management, monthly meetings to keep us in the loop of things, excellent co-workers and culture, I miss this place.

Biggest regret of my life, overworked underpaid, management bullies supervisors, cant afford to talk to co workers without feeling like you’re being watched like a hawk... no thank you

Overall good company to work for. Management team is a whole new story. They  have two levels of treatment here punishing the harworkers who come to work everyday and reward the lazy loud mouthed ones who suck up to the Management team.
