They say in their ad earn $18-28/hr but I have been working it for over a month and on my best days I have earned about min wage $15/hr most days I am lucky to earn $10/hr, the order payout and frequency of orders is terrible. Sometimes I am waiting for an hour just for an order while in a hot zone. then I get one and its worth $4, and sometimes you need to wait like 30 minutes for the restaurant to have the food ready and they dont offer you any more orders while you wait.

I imagine some people get better order flow and can make money but I dont know how to get to that point, I deliver always on time and accept every order but still cant get a decent flow of orders.

Seems as if I am just sacrificing my car and free time to help this bussiness rather than actually earning money.

The colleagues in the office are easy to get along with, and there is free coffee. But headquarters often assigns tasks that can be overwhelming. The work tasks are relatively flexible, which means that sometimes I am busy and sometimes I am not. The part of the work that needs to be docked requires strong communication skills. In addition, the KPI formulation is very unrealistic and the requirements are very high. Anyway, it is difficult to get a bonus.

I would like to recommend every job seeker to be extremely careful when thinking about getting a job there. Toxic environment and toxic people, even toxic working guideline.

They don’t offer lunch break or coffee break, and the salary is the lowest of low. Hard to get promotion through your hard work.

I cannot recommend it as a great place for personal or professional growth.Firstly, there was a distinct lack of opportunities for career advancement. Additionally, the company culture was not particularly supportive or collaborative. 

The turnover rate at this company is very high, which reflects some deeper issues. While a few co-workers are genuinely kind and supportive, the overall environment is not conducive to personal or professional growth, making it a challenging place to build a long-term career.

The job is fair for being a food delivery driver. The salary is acceptable, stability is satisfactory, and nothing crazy but just a suitable environment for someone who is willing to spend time on food delivery as a side job.

Fantuan Delivery company arranges orders and give orders to delivery drivers very efficient. And it is really good to have the experience to communicate with all kinds of customers. And my colleagues are also very helpful.

There is a big problem with the management, it is not responsible for the staff, there is no guarantee, if you want to work part-time while you are studying, this is a good choice, if you want to do it full-time, it will make you regret it

No work-life balance, no respect from the company.

You will work after working time and weekends, they don't pay by hourly but you always work overtime.
