What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Extensive brutal labor all day. Extreme heat in work area. Understaffed.

Smaller family run business, rather rewarding job if you work alongside friends or family. Could be very toxic at times, especially when trying to find your place on the food chain. Found favoritism is valued just as much as production. The work can be very frustrating at times, and you're on different machines, which some work better than others (resulting in poor production). 

They approach me by themself for a job but after working for 3-4 days I receive a mail not to come back at work and when I ask the reason . They told me my performance was not good but I did my best and according to training provided to me . And I never felt that my performance was not good. I would recommend not to get hired here .It is your wastage of time.

I loved this job and I was great at it. 
However some of the staff and some of the management were challenging to work with . 
If you can come in , do your job and go home paying no mind to any one else... This would be perfect for you . 
The rate of pay is good but there is very little room for advancement in this company.

Absolutely brutal heat with no way to escape it. Really loud environment and frustrating work. Toxic culture. Values production and not quality. Old machines that occasionally catch on fire. Good pay and great benefits…well maybe not now. They are currently laying people off…

Great pay and benefits, show your worth and you’re able to move up in the company. 

Production floor has its limitations on how high you can move, but definitely can make a living once in the higher roles. No reason you can’t work your way up if you take your job seriously.

I had no problems with farnell packaging other than the fact I couldn’t handle the heat in the plant because I get sick when I get to hot. Pay was good, you even get shift premium when you work nights.

ive learned how to keep a clean and controlled workplace and i also learned better communication skills with my co workers my co workers were very easy to get along with the hours were long but it gave me better experience in the industry

Old family business that want to do everything a certain way. Not open to new ideas or concepts. People there will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. Not the best place to work but if you click with the in crowd all is good.

The management is open-minded. They listen to everyones opinion. Although it's a fast-pacing environment, you can ensure the safety of everybody. Everybody is very supportive especially to the newly hired people.
