Typical day at work includes:
• Construct and Delivery Weekly/Monthly Accident Reports to the site HR Manager and Group Health & Safety Advisor
• Retrieve and Input all Accident/Near Miss Data along with assisting with Accident Investigations and Guidance to all Departments 
• Produce Weekly Accident Reports for the all Department Managers indicating Weekly and Cumulative Frequencies
• Record all Training Information in the Personnel Manager Database. Producing Reports extracted from the Database
As requested for Department Managers
• Delivering Weekly Elementary Food Hygiene Course to the REHIS Standard to new/existing Employees
• Gathering Information & Evidence on Pending Accident Claims – Meeting with the Loss Adjusters to Dispute the Alleged Claims

What is the best part of working at the company?
Line I work on is fast paced, you have to be on your toes 90% at least of your day. I like that. To be  kept busy and think on your feet as things often go wrong.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No stress really. But when things do go wrong it happens very quickly and now and then, not often, but now and then you get wee bit stressed.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment is OK. It's what you would come to expect in a fast paced job.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
One day is very much like day before. Go in set print machine up to do first cake. Sort out cases for first cake and start to put them together hopefully in time for belt to start running.

I enjoy working at lightbodys in Hamilton, the people  I work with are hard and loyal workers. my time working there I have learned how to fully use a computer and count all there stock, hardest part of the job I am doing is walking about all day in really warm conditions. the management team are really good. If you need a day off say family matters they have no problem with it as long as you get in contact with them. The most enjoyable part about working in lightbodys is that I got to make new friends and co workers.

My opinion on lightbody cakes is very high, it was a good job and I was working with good people i got on very well with, I learned a lot about team management and in general working as a team. To be honest overall i really enjoyed working at lightbody cakes and I would absolutely work there again if i were given the chance since it was a shame they let me and the other weekend staff go due to budget cuts.

I real terrible place to work for were they treat you like dirt a horrible to place to work .
Most of the managers are terrible there are new people coming in weekly getting titles made up for them and getting money threw at them and they don't have a clue .

 There is a blame culture in this workplace rather than find a solution they would rather blame and try to give warning out . 

Very long days 

They give you nothing for length of service no sick pay scared to take a day off

Maintaining the company policies is the best part of working with them,

Working late night ,
And when we are having so many work to do

It's a food production company 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Good ,at least not bad ,main thing is  me been focused

This place is the worst, you can get put on a line and do the same job for 10 hours instead of switching. The blue hats are all family and will throw you under the bus in a second. You get continental shifts which are terrible. You work nearly every weekend. It has a lot of people who don't communicate in English well. It has a high turnover of staff. You will see people leaving everyday. In summary if you value your free time don't work here!

Fellow workers are extremely two faced and lie and spread gossip about any decent people who are unfortunate enough to work alongside them, constantly moaning instead of just getting on with the job. Managers say anything for an easy life and the skivers are let off with murder if their face fits. It's not the place it's a lot to do with most of the people who exist there.

Everyday was a busy day with heavy schedules and deadlines to make which sometimes put you under pressure with other departments phoning up requiring assistance and materials, but to me i enjoyed that side of the job, i think it was made easier by the fact the supervisors were easily approachable.

Absolutely loved working here.. gutted when redundancy came in.. great place to work with a lot of cultural people from all backgrounds.. managers are great and plenty of support if you would like further your career
