What is the best part of working at the company?
I really liked how the staff would get you a job that you would be able to stay with for weeks on end.
If I ever had a question or a concern about the job, I was on the dispatcher, and the recruiter would answer my questions right away, and if the job was not right, they would find me another job the following day that would hopefully fit my needs better

The stressful part about working for this company would be not knowing if you were going to get a job right away after signing up with Forest City staffing

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment depends on where they place you for work, and the culture would be the same. If you were good with the staff and showed up every day, the company would treat you well and put you on jobs that you were qualified for..

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A typical day would be showing up to a place of business where the staffing industry sent you and driving transport truck into cities or rural Ontario

What is the best part of working at the company?
They were perfect for a staffing driving company. Very accommodating always had work friendly staff. The only reason I left was we moved up North close to North Bay 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There wasn’t really . They would just set the jobs up. The rest was really the company you were sent too. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very causal they would send texts asking if you were able to do the work with all info needed ( start time wages address) 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depending on company they sent you too mostly pic up loaded truck and deliver the load.

I have been working for Forest city  for 3 years excellent staff ,I have been placed to quite a few of their customers all good, one or two that could have been better but ,issues were resolved and no problems after, staff is excellent you can talk to anyone in the office they have an open door policy , any questions they will do their best to answer it for you they will go to bat for you if there is an issue with the customer, I enjoy working for them and , encourage anyone else thinking about it to do so..

They make sure that you are paid properly ,and get leave when you want

I had been working with them for over 3 years I have not been stressed on any thing

It's an employment agency the ladies representing company here in Cambridge are really awesome 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Just the kind of day a trucker needs paid well

a typical day at work is a day where you can work as a team, having good communication skills and working hard to get the work done. not only get the work done but also working in a safe and reliable way. the hardest part of the job is coping with traffic and dealing with customers who are not always positive. i have learned that not every job is perfect but being positive and working hard will make the day go by much faster and stress free.

Great agency to work for if your a truck driver in the Kitchener-Waterloo area.The ladies in the office are prompt in responding to you and are very professional and nice. The only issue I had was with the long hours of local trucking work. Delivering grocery for 'was a relatively easy job otherwise. Overall, I would recommend working for Forest City.

They are always there to help you find work that fits your needs and if you have a problem with any company they always try to solve the problem or find you other work that suits your needs . Learned that some of the clients don't really care about safety inspections. Most of their clients are big companies and many more but they work with smaller family run companies as well.

Forest City Staffing is an excellent Temp Agency to work with, they have a number of good clients and some bad ones too, they will tell you which ones may be more difficult to deal with.  The management is top notch and work hard to keep you working, unfortunately they can not always guarantee full time work for long periods of time.

Terrible agency to work for. Discriminatory, biased, judgemental would best describe them.

You would be better off finding a full time job on your own then be used to fill in for people to lazy...or to drunk to work every weekend.

Its just not worth the hassle.
