My favourite part about working at Fresh Tracks Canada is the sense of community and care. I've developed life long friendships working here, and have never felt more cared, or treated more kindly in any workplace. They prioritize work life balance, positive mental and physical health and an overall good quality of life. They are always considering each employees needs, and opinions when making impactful decisions which is invaluable in an employer. The management at Fresh Tracks has a deep understanding of our needs and is flexible to ensure each employee is satisfied. 

I learnt and grew so much during my time at Fresh Tracks Canada, my manager gave me the support I always needed for any of my tasks/events/projects. The company culture and environment was brilliant and I enjoyed going to work everyday. The people that make up FTC are one of the best out. The work load was manageable and I was able to reach my goals. I felt recognized for the work I did by my manager, team & the whole company. 

The company has some really good people with opportunities to learn and grow. However in certain teams there are a few rotten ones who spoil the experience behaving like it is a high school scene and gossiping about others. Also, there is a toxic environment of bonding over grievances and oversharing. However, this is a handful of people not everyone. 

Supportive HR team, encouraging sales managers - overall a good place to work. Staff can be cliquey as many have worked there for years and unless you're in the inner crowd, it's difficult to get involved. If you don't drink or have a family it may be difficult to connect with others. A young work environment which can be both positive and negative.

Creating itineraries once the sales team sold the trip. Management often removed from day to day, making support difficult when needed. Great team environment and very supportive amongst each other. 

very different workplace culture then I've experienced before - in the best way. Definitely a collaborative environment where peoples opinions are taken into consideration.

friendly working environment and nice people, different department work together to achieve the same goal, I also learned a lot in the company personally.

Management is very supportive and encouraging, working on growth opportunities and goals. Good workplace culture, everyone is nice to work with and accountable.

Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Sales targets are easily achievable and the pay is great! Definitely worth the effort applied. Lots of out of work social events as well!
