I have work there, and the mangerment is the worst I have ever worked at, the manger all she does is yell at you and can not handle stress at all, There is a big turn over on emplyers, they dont stay do to 2 things the manger is off the wall and they have a girl that works there that would get mad and give you selince treatments if you did something that would tick her off. Many workers have quit because of her, and mangerment does nothing about it.
Also the manger when she was stressed out would go into she office and hide and them come out yelling at everyone.
This has been the worstplace I have ever worked in, and I tell everyone not to work there.
I have worked ther for 8 months, and wanted to leave many times.

Head office is toxic based on the way they operate and how they treat people. 
DSM was  not qualified. Has zero Management or HR experience whatsoever yet is encouraged to make decisions based on ?
Didn’t pay enough for what they expected you to do. 
Severely lacking in HR experience. 
No integrity create there own policies and then proceed to break the policy themselves with absolutely zero accountability. 
Have had to hire Managers and Assistant Managers at least 20 times in the last year and a half. Can’t retain them because either they don’t pay enough or the people the DSM hired are not suitable for the position. 
Cheap. Took time to get anything done or fixed. 



Many fun times and a lot of overtime hours but all in all its a good place to start and learn skills. I learnt a lot with communication, work ethics, professionalism, computer skills, being a team player, customer service, being involved with the public, dealing with a wide range of personalities, learning to problem solve.

Decent little local company. I liked working here. A lot of boring times but also some interesting stuff like the people you meet and cleaning the car washes. Management was down to earth and reasonable. They have secret shoppers but if you do well they send you a gift card. 

Job was decent, however management lacked greatly in all manners. This company does not take well to issues that staff have. Was told by higher up that workers should not feel comfortable with going to boss with any issues or grievances.

Interview was unprofessional and overall quick. Overall a pretty simple job, but the constant need to stop what you are doing to do full service got really annoying very quickly. 

Immediate management has very realistic expectations from their employees, they acknowledge necessary work life balance. Would readily work here again if I needed to find a job outside of my area of interest.

in a typical day at work I got to see new face and meet new people in my job and I got to learn new things .I am a hardworking individual and I get the job done that need to be done I have never had any problems with hard labour and I am a fast workerer.

I assume each location is different, I've just experienced a lot of drama, lack of privacy, rumors, etc.
work itself is easy, ringing people through, counting, stock, cleaning, etc.

For minimum wage, it is not worth it at all. The worst company to work for. Staff are not good at all. They all come to work high and no one cares how filthy the place is at all. The cheapest and disrespectful place I've ever worked at. Don't waste your time!!!
