I work there for 2 months the people are nice, but there are some people that think there a boss and like to tell you that your doing it wrong all the time. The breaks are a joke 10 mins per break and the lunch is 30 mins only thing to look forward to , the line leads like to yell at you and feel like your not good enough. If you get injured there you need to get a doctors note right away . because if you dont there wanting to lower your wage or they will fire you.

A good first time job to get you started in factory. 

Very Easy Line Work.

Unpack boxes, repack boxes, code dates, count to ten, load pallets etc.

Office Staff is great. No complaints. 

CONS
Lack of communication....people fighting, stress, lack of training for new people. Hiring useless people that can't count to ten or bend over. 

Dont ever expect a raise unless you're in a high position (which is still only a few nickels) or if minimum wage goes up.

Limited opportunity to advance.  Benefits were a welcomed plus.  HR is only in house once a week, so if there are issue that do not fall on that day, they tend to get over looked, or addressed after the event has gone stale or has escalated to a ridiculous point.  Day to day work was fairly routine.

easy going with very outgoing and hard working team mates, management is great too and helps out when ever you need it! the hardest part of the job is the repetitive aspect of it but after a couple days you get the hang of it and it is a lot easier! most enjoyable part of the job is the people who work there, they are hard working and enjoyable to work with which makes the work day feel more smoothly.

A typical day includes checking to see which line you are working with as well as who your team members will be.
Repetitive tasks, some heavy lifting depending on product.
Standing for several hours.

They do not have a positive culture and promise money they do not pay. Any conversation that is held with management is repeated across the foor and they allow abusive attitudes from senior employees to other employees.  This has to be one of the worst companies that I have ever worked for.

It is a great chance for me to work in this factory with an understandable workers and employers. working environment is also very appropriate. The hardest part is that some time a person get injured but the most enjoyable of that is working with the new people and interaction with them.

Start at 7 for a day shift and start at 3:30 for the afternoon shift. The co workers at GH Manufacturing are great people to work with. Management works along with the people when lines are short staffed. They are easy going people. The hardest part of the job is when a new line starts up and you are learning it for the first time.

A typical day at work was easy, work on a line and do the same thing for hours on end. The management was bad, threatening to fire people simply because they were having trouble keeping up and not meeting the numbers they wanted, instead of allowing them to learn the machines/strategies to be able to go faster.

They will hire any one that is willing to stand on the feet for 12 hours. They put you on different lines every week and it to is hard work. but the people that is there around out are nice and friendly and I'm pretty sure if you needed to sit down for a little bit they would let you.
