Few colleagues are really qualified and hardworking. The rest are wasting their time and other people time the whole day everyday. Many unqualified people but working from a very long time still use antiquated ineffective methods/systems (and earning too high salaries). The rest who are junior and new are earning a little higher than mm wage. Environment is too loud and you can hear tons of bad words/swearing/cursing the whole day and every day. Benefits are regular and acceptable. Management lie to you and will not promote you as they have promised you.

Preparation for board meetings 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment is free and easy

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work on site in your office. Walk around looking for oddities.

Firstly they hire but never tell u what to do. Lack of transparency. Favouritism is on peak. Lots of politics. Treat you like a machine.
Surrounded with lot of files no organized set up. Unfriendly environment. no one listens to you doesn’t matter what you say.

I have been working at Goldview for 3 years and have really have enjoyed my time here.

That office is a horrible place to work. They pay for 7h/day but you work 9h easily. The General manager is abusive. She yells at people and humiliates them all the time. People work more than 45h and make 500 per week.

worst management company, no respect for employee. I worked there for one year and at no point I felt secure or happy because the way they deal with you specially the top management.

Isolating, your on your own, no training no mentoring. 
Lack of communication from head office staff, waited 9 months for benefits, low pay high demands. 

Nice, clean offices.
Helpful Senoir staff who are always available for support and training.
Friendly and professional workplace. 
I would highly recommend working at Goldview.
