I was originally hired as a General Services clerk responsible for the purchase and distribution of stationery throughout the airport. But I had to do other tasks as well: relieving the receptionist and board room set up for examples. The working atmosphere was friendly and perhaps collegial; management personnel were friendly, approachable and helpful. Keeping up with constant changes provided challenges: databases had to be updated so staff had correct information about contact information etc. The most enjoyable aspect of the job was the camaraderie: it made going to work so much more rewarding.

Workday began with checking on my previous days accomplishments and then created my daily to do list.  checked in with my supervisor to see if there were any new developments that I had to handle immediately.  Went on with my work and enjoyed the co-workers especially at lunch time where we exchanged stories and discussed work place events.

The experience was one of the best business environments I had ever been in.

The most enjoyable part of working there was when projects I completed were accepted and implemented.

Aviation and logistics transportation manager versed in all operational and financial aspects of fleet management, quality control, Inventory control, shipping, receiving replenishment fulfillment and customer service. Successful 15 + years career in shipping and supply chain management. Adept at managing multiple simultaneous projects and priorities.

The Information Technology Department at GTAA is not a great place to work. Particularly with IT PMO (project management office) management, the turn over rate is high simply because management doesn't appreciate hard-working individual's business knowledge and technical skills. Work environment is not professional and disrespectful for women.

Working in the de icing department you must  be available 24/7 during the winter season (on call) for at least 2 years working service before you become full time staff with regular hours. You have to wear protective heavy gear and must be able to drive a truck ( learn and license provided there). Benefits and vacation is very good and job security is good as well. Very stressful not to damage aircrafts being de iced.

Always updated with anything new happening that day! Always training on anything new. Management is amazing, Fellow worker are also amazing. The hardest part is the bad weather at times.

Autonomous way to address and resolve solutions.  Director was clear with issue and accepting to my recommendations.  Hardest part of job was working in isolation and not able to talk to as many stake holders as I would like

This is a small management team, therefore very political. Change is constant therefore lots of movement some of it good others not so. Overall good people, but comp is average at best.

It was amazing job for me. I learned many new things on this job . Made new friends. I would recommend working for GTAA. It is good place to work. There are many more opportunities to find other jobs at GTAA


This is one of the excellent company to work with, the only thing I did not like was selecting employee on seniority even if performance is poor. You have chances to grow up only if you have seniority as they don't give any preferences even if you are good performer
