This company provides a great working environment and easy to pick up on the job training . Come home feeling as if it was a full day of work and all daily tasks were accomplished . The management is very attentive to the needs of the workers (within a limit) and demonstrate good quality leadership. 
Overall a very respectable and welcoming workplace. Highly recommend.

every day is a new challenge and we handle it with smiles…

I worked in the warehouse and had a lot to learn but I always felt like my supervisor listened to me and helped me understand the different processes. Some days could be stressful but I felt accomplished at the end of the day when all of the work was completed and managers showed appreciation for my efforts.
It was an overall great experience.
I left the company to go back to school.



This job, since day one, has gone above and beyond to make me feel like one of them.
The managerial staff, as well as the owner of the company himself are so helpful, and approachable. There is never any doubt that they would help me out when needed, and help make me a better employee. The chance for advancement in the company is great, and I know I will be with them for years to come. 

The 3DM work environment is always great. My co-workers are  all very friendly and there are often gatherings post work. Group benefits/insurance are also included and the warehouse is air conditioned unlike most other warehouses I've worked in. We also get pizza lunches once a month and other lunches and snacks provided on other days.

I have been employed at 3DM for over 12 years and I have definitely seen the company grow in order to accommodate many different clients and their special needs.
The work environment is very friendly and inviting with yearly social activities for everyone to enjoy.
Keep on moving forward, there is no stopping 3DM.

your days go by fast the people there are very nice the hardest part of the job is when there is too many orders and not enough time to do them and not enough people we get pushed to do them

Not a professional company no one stays,it seems that workers that are there longer sabotage new employees,
Do not waste your time.You try to do things the right way they spit on your face.
