What is the best part of working at the company?
Right now there is no any best part of work because if anyone wants to do hard work and honestly way but the management don’t like it. That’s why there is no any chances for promotion

Management give to much pressure to the employees and not given full time hrs

Too much favouritism and no respect for smart & hard working people

No any typical day to like since last few years that’s why company losing contracts

There is a high staff turn over here due to bad management and scheduling. Staff are treated as expendable. Don't complain about things to superiors as you will then become the problem. You are expected to be available 24hrs a day and 7 days per week and often only get 4hr shifts which you can only drop or trade two times per schedule. Hours are not guarantied so don't hope this place will help you afford anything. Even bathroom breaks are policed and you have to ask like you're in school still. Avoid this place like the plague.

Was able to achieve cohesiveness between all employees and get the shifts organized and coordinated.

Not being trusted by upper management. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was open but over the last year or so has become stressful and disorganized. Many complaints about how the company has become disorganized. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
No longer there. Let me go do to reorganization.

The job itself is easy and enjoyable. It’s different everyday and around planes and various types of people so it’s never boring. However, management and higher ups will play favourites to “Yes” men. You’re not unionized so often times you will be taken advantage of (example: no break for 8-12hr shifts or 30 mins only divided into two 15 min breaks). You’re expected to answer to them even while you’re off the clock. A lot of unfair and inhumane treatment at this company.

The actual work you do is pretty easy, primarily data entry into the system (regardless of importing or exporting documents).

What I love is the ability to see new things everyday. 

Management as usual could be better. They increased the work load substantially without increasing the pay. 

When I started I was handling 1 airline, by the time I left I was handling 6 and got paid relatively the same. 

Other than that, I enjoyed my time at GTA. 

Your hours get scheduled around the flight schedules.  Either an afternoon shift or Early morning to noon.  Close to 40 hours a week. Pay is fair, and there is opportunity to advance into other departments and into leadership,especially as the company continues to bring in new contracts and expand. Lead chances, Management etc. I'm newish to this company, but this particular place really impressed me.

Competitive pay and good down time. Not enough man power and favouritism will cause some people to be working all day with little breaks while others relax peacefully. Overall has most of the same pros and cons of other companies on the ramp.

The work environment is positive and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on teamwork. Colleagues are not just coworkers but part of a community that cares about each other’s success. The company also prioritizes work-life balance, which is essential for maintaining a healthy and productive workforce.

the salary is good considering what the other companies are offering. the give you your own uniform appropriate for the weather. the staff is very friendly always willing to help and teach.

Decent pay, very physically demanding job.  Make sure you wear hearing protectors or you will go deaf with all the planes around.  Fair amount of downtime after you finish loading/unloading a flight.  Ideal for a student or someone in between jobs.
