What is the best part of working at the company?
Collaborating with multidisciplinary team of health care professionals creating a supportive work environment . also building a strong connections with local communities and actively participations in public health initiatives.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Staffing shortage of skilled professionals which may leads to increase workloads and challenges in maintaining quality patients care 
Also dealing with  prevalent  health issues within the communities such infectious diseases ,can add up to stress.

My main responsibility at work is to care for my patients at the ward. Checking of vital signs and administration of medication to patients.

I have learnt the importance of serving people wholeheartedly.

Management are so supportive when it comes to my work at the hospital. 

Team work is our work culture and I have taken advantage of that to learn more from my colleagues.

The hardest part of the job for me is seeing a patient not able to afford their bills.

During the end of the year the facility do organise dinner and awards night and it's so enjoyable to attend.

The most stressful part is feeding your client who doesn’t want to eat but I’m trying to learn different techniques that will help me feed my clients.

Ghana Health Service is one of the Health agencies in Ghana that employs qualified trained nurses that have successfully graduated nursing training college and places nurses them in various hospitals, clinics, health centers and CHPS compound across the country.

I worked at Regional Health directorate as a service ppersonal for a year and it was a great opportunity,
I got the chance to learn administrative work,such as
Receiving calls, replying emails, checking the records of Vitamin A in stock and other vaccins.
Also entering names of participant during workshops in Excel for record keeping.


Work at my station was very busy and stressful but inspite of this ,our target goals were met.I was able to learn and perform procedures  like taking ultrasound scan,inserting Intrauterine device and performing manual vacuum aspiration.
