Good people to work with, Monday to Friday 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
If you break the glass by accident you’ll get fired so you have to have experience and a 100% success rate 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone who works there is focused on their tasks and the expectation is you know what to do without anyone giving you direction. And if you don’t figure it out you will get fired. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Each day has a different set of tasks and the day goes pretty quickly. Days are scheduled in advance so it’s easy to plan life around work. But also they’ll fire you for  anything if you’re not keeping up.

A typical day at glass doctor included managing jobs, completeing work tickets, managing employees and interacting with customers. We were able to provide services in ICBC claims, all autoglass needs, and residential glass. We had a great team of guys and gals that made it more like a family, It was difficult to expand the business, with 14 other glass shops in town, We had to constantly evolve the business plan in order to stay afloat. The most enjoyable part of the job was completeing the large, difficult jobs. making our customers happy and getting the job done right was our highest priority.

Relax atmosphere. Interviews are grouped conducted.
Do not pay what they advertised. Management disorganized and inexperienced. You will be put where ever to work, sales, automotive if required. Not a stable job. Layoffs when it’s slow  without notice, but job states it’s permanent. It could be seasonal or contract ( watch the find prints). Lots of micro management. Cold environment and humid. The techs are great and supportive and we worked great together.

Flexibility,added learning experience.Honesty and integrity.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Their newness as of opening day.They were on a early learning curve when they opened their doors for business.

Christian values building a model for day to day operations.

Be proactive as the day went along.Make a move as the day developed .

I worked at Glass Doctor for over 3 years, the overall work isn’t bad it is quite straight forward but everything to lead up to it is so unorganized. Overall a very toxic work environment with no connection between the boss and management to the employees. They will expect the most out of you with no room for mistakes. Constant blame shifting and no accountability. Not a terrible place to get your feet wet in the trade but no way should this be a long term career

This company cares about its employees and helping them succeed. They want to see their employees and their families do well and reach their goals, and the work is rewarding. The pay is fair, but it's not always just about the money. Benefits too!

Was really great place to work with training would have been a little better from somebody who actually knew what they were doing not just some guy saying he knew what he was doing and hopefully he can do the job sometimes I wish it was still ther

Glass Doctor was a good place to work.  It could have stressful environment at times, but overall my past experience and education enable me to have a good experience.

I would of loved to stay at the job forever. Although, it didn't work out that way I really hope with change comes new and better experiences. I truly loved my job and my customers. 

I worked with a group of men who were very friendly, easy to get on with and also didn't mind taking direction from a woman. Each day was easy when everyone was in a good mood.
