Good manager. Gives you room to grow and learn parts. 
The warehouse is a bit small. Lots of the parts are outside (Lean-To and Trailer), which is not good in the winter. Receiver is a bit immature at times but overall good. One of the drivers is a problem though. Talks way too much for a business environment and has a serious anger issue that can be brought out seemingly on a whim.

Good team cooperation, we'll organized, good hr support, clean shop&good assortment of tools&programs, assistance for skill updates

Good  ,very accommodating, non bias 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depends on the work load,&the time of the year

Very poor time estimation on job quotes, after not being able to full fill the lies they told customers they then take it out on mechanic (hostile environment) one of the guys in the office loves running out of his cubicle in the office to complain to the mechanics. bonus is bogus not worth mentioning. Everyone is two face and talk behind your back!

From the owner to management and coworkers my experience at glasvan tought me to be a much better and productive worker. New equipment and they take good care of there employees as far as PPE and safety oriented. 

With adequate effectiveness, a lot of effort can be made to begin the transition as you progress in your competencies. With the apprenticeship program, you can build a learning experience that finds who you are and is able to maintain an equitable income. 

Glasvan GreatDane, were a good company to work for , supportive of employees, only issue I had was training on new trailer systems, I was the mobile service tech mostly for shunt trucks, but on your weekend on call, you could be out repairing a trailer somewhere.

This company is extremely Poorly managed.  There is a great lack of communication, they are very disorganized, and the employees are under appreciated and disrespected.  

poor management with no direction or focus, treats people poorly, benefits are good, building has been renovated and front office is clean. warehouse needs attention.

I do not have much to say considering I only worked here for the summer of 2016. However it was very well managed and it was very generous by giving a student like me $12 an hour. Very good summer job for me.
