Very tough job to do if you’re looking for advancement, family/ work life balance or to feel appreciated.
You work long hours for minimal pay and are told to work more hours even on your days off without compensation.
Great working with the tenants and very easy to get along with them if you’re a people person. The management now that’s a different story. 
HR is solely in it for the company and not the employees, so if you have an issue you’re on your own. This company is so money driven and not people driven, they forget it’s the tenants that keep them going. 
If you’re looking to apply here, think long and hard before you do. If you leave your job you also lose your place to live.

I love being a resident manager and working for Globe Property Management has been great! A typical day at work consisted of Building checks,cleaning common areas, dealing with tenant issues and contacting contractors. I learned a lot about tenant relations, safety regulations,and was able to rely on my project manager for support and guidance. The hardest part was dealing with irate tenants and when a few occupants left the apts dirty and damaged. The best part was providing a clean and safe environment for the tenants.

Good place to work if you are looking to save money but with little to no extra hours for a second job. You will be getting paid less than minimum wage per month and you will be working longer hours than what other jobs require. Management is flaky and makes you pick up their slack; doesn’t give you the support management should.

Say bye to your sleep as well because once you are handed the building you have to watch out for calls around the clock.

Make sure you have a plan with your finances as it will be better to work to move out, rather than a permanent career.

I used to be a Resident Manager for this company and the salary is low for RMs with the time commitment (less than provincial minimum wage) you can not get a second job easily because of the time you have to commit, but you also cannot survive off of the low salary. Yes they give you suite allowance but there should be a higher salary included as per most other companies.  Managers were accomodating, but no advancement opportunities. If you are hired on as an RM, you stay as an RM. Sounds like a high title but you are the runt of the chain.

I worked with the company since February 2020 and I have no regrets since then. Yes the work load and heavy at times but for the most part proper management of your time comes in handy to make your work easy. The management and support team I work with is very supportive and never leave you alone, a lot of team work which makes the day easier. When your manager can check on you each and everyday to make sure you are okay or pick a broom up in her heels and help you then I think that goes along way in my eyes. 

There is high job turnover, so there is not much security, ideas for improvement are not accepted, and employees only have to obey orders.

The company has great financial stability and is growing rapidly. All of its strategies are designed to make them earn money. In terms of salaries, this does not change. The owners know that necessity will motivate people to work harder with a lower salary. 

They are rude make you work 24 7 never could get a full night sleep the make you do way more work that you are paid to do

The wage is always minimum wage they make you use your own car and don't pay for gas

After you leave they will try to enter your suite without notice 
after they forced me to quit

Do not work for this company you will regret it

I had a very supportive Senior property manager who mentored me on the job. She was so nice and understanding as I learned on the job. It was a stress-free environment and she allowed us to freely express ourselves. Everyone at Globe Property gives you all the appropriate tools to succeed.

Keep off if you can. Working hours are weird and hard to maintain a second job as a part timer. There is always the obligation of being on call every other week. It won't be so bad but management treats you like a rat. You will never be heard for concern and there is no option for moving further career wise. 

If you're looking for a place with caring people and a positive culture this is NOT it. Management plays games, HR is out to protect the company only, no team atmosphere and pay is below industry standards. High turnover, no paid sick days and poor benefits.
