I enjoyed my job despite the fact that I saw blatant favoritism. What I saw when covid hit was the letting go of older experienced workers.  I took part time here and when I tried to get full time they kept denying it while hiring additonal full time staff..it made no sense to me. 

I am a tour director with Globus Family of Brands. They are a supportive, fair and considerate company to work for. I am treated as a valuable individual - not a number. My job is awesome, I get to travel with my expenses paid and to meet awesome guests from all over the world.

Poor management only in positions due to hierarchy not for competence or education. Gossips a lot and plays favourites. If you are not of European origin I definitely do not recommend this company. Very condescending behaviour towards non-Europeans and promotes it underhandedly. Will never let you progress and stop your growth if you speak up.

I learn so much from working for Globus. I learned how to use Sabre and how to talk to clients on the phone. The work atmosphere was great everyone was very nice and very helpful if you had any questions. I learned how to book clients on globus, Cosmos, Monograms and Avalon waterways tour and river cruise.

I worked as a call centre employee as a reservations associate. 
The job role can be a learning experience with good references by the managers and supervisors you work with.
Overall the company is respectful and professional in their line of work.

It helped me enhance my customer service skills. 
Working in this company is one of the best company I've ever worked with,people and managers are very nice and it motivates me to do my everyday tasks.

In order to thrive in this work environment. You must have dedication to product knowledge and customer service. 
Telephone service skill set an asset.

Must feel comfortable in a high fast faced speaking environment.

You get to a point where you no longer are learning anything new. The culture can get exhausting because people are not as positive after being there a long time.

My job at Globus is very fun and exciting. I am constantly learning new things on a daily basis. The work environment is great.
